This place is a beautiful- well curated antique centre in the lovely village Cranbrook. Fantastic range of goods from Art Glass to dolls- bears- toy cars and vintage clothes- upcycled furniture etc al. Great localLarkins ale house or one of many artisan coffee shops and it's a treat of an afternoon

We had a wonderful afternoon tea . Charlie, the owner, went over and above to accommodate us. All the vegan alternatives were amazing and very tasty. I would definitely recommend and will be returning.

Amazing Food, the service is amazing and the staff are always happy and polite. They have many varieties of food from dairy free to gluten free. They also have a wide range of antiques that you can browse while you wait for your food to be brought to you.

Lovely high tea this afternoon at Waterloo House Tea Rooms. Charlie was very attentive and produced a good array of savoury and sweet treats. Will definitely visit again.

Lovely place to have breakfast and a hot drink. Service was fast, attentive and polite. The hazelnut blast hot chocolate is recommended if you like a sweet drink.
