Shoreline Cafe - Craster - Photo album

Lovely cafe, had a bite to eat after a walk to the castle, vey busy with a wait to get a table, outside tables are available but we got one inside in a cosy area near the entrance. Wait for food wasn’t long, had cauliflower cheese soup which hadn’t had before but it was gorgeous. Only one toilet but
Lovely, dog friendly cafe. The food was great, including lovely homemade cakes. Coffee was nice. A very friendly welcome. I'm glad I stumbled across it and would happily go again
Lovely little cafe with garden seating just past the Jolly Sailor pub Good cakes and coffee.
We stopped here for an hour after our walk to the castle and harbour. I ordered a smoked kipper and it was great, nicely smoked and tasty fish which was fresh and placed on some bread. Excellent stop for brunch, lunch or just a cup of tea! The bonus was the weather was nice and warm so we took
Came here for Scones and they were amazing! The staff were so lovely and there was a nice footfall in the cafe when we were there to say it was mid week. I am hopeful it stays that way for them as I highly recommend.
The nearby pub was v busy with a 45min wait for food so we went to thus cafe instead, lovely welcome, plenty of options, had a delicious kipper in a bun and a tuna/cheese toastie freshly made, nicely presented. Good luck to the owners on their retirement
Absolutely fan fricking tastic!!!!!!!!!!! The staff are absolutely amazing, the scones and tea cakes came out in amazing time and everything was do immaculately clean, I highly recommend coming here, a nice beginning/middle/end to the best walk on planet Earth from Newton-Craster or Craster-Newton v
Food was delicious, it is a dog friendly cafe and it is also good to bring children. The view from this cafe is great because you can look out onto the rocks and the sea. 7/10. Would probably go again if I were in Craster.
Lovely welcoming cafe, with a great selection of drinks, food, cakes and gifts. Couldn't fault this place the staff were so nice and friendly let us bring our dogs inside, I asked if there was a general store nearby unfortunately there wasn't but they asked what we needed and straight away they sol
Great friendly little cafe with great tea cakes and scones and the best bacon butty I've had in years
It's only small so maybe a wait in busy periods, but it's worth it. Does have outside seating. Only downfall it has 1 toilet so quite a wait when busy. However, good customer service, lovely food and not badly priced. Been here a few times over the years, and will be back again in the future 👍
We visited Craster on a lovely sunny September day, and found this cafe. What a great place it is too. We had the freshest kippers, straight from the smokehouse next door, with brown bread and salad. Lush. Then we managed some of the home made cakes too! Service is friendly and helpful, and in times
Simple but really tasty, quality food served by friendly staff. What a lovely little café.
Absolutely fantastic breakfast, kippers and poached egg were delicious. Also such friendly service and great local knowledge, thank you very much. Dog and us really appreciated the fire.
Lovely little cafe with friendly staff. Only had takeaway drinks as they were closing but will definitely return in the future.
Popped in for a light bite. We had soup which was delicious. The cakes and pastries looked amazing. Cute shop inside too. Staff lovely
