Visited whilst travelling through. Excellent fish and chips that were good to a very good standard and were very tasty and filling. Excellent portions made them great value for money. Would definitely recommend.
Wonderfully cooked and tasty Fish & Chips and Gary’s customer service was excellent! We ordered 50 portions of Fish & Chips and took them to Wilderhope Youth Hostel (20 minutes away). Gary had wrapped them up tight specially for us and they were still toasty when we all tucked into them. Thank you –

Just had my daughter’s wedding at The Barn at Wayside, near Craven Arms and had arranged with Gary for fish and chips to be delivered to the venue for the 40 guests. He was so helpful, reasonably priced and reliable… and the food was lovely! So glad we used Fryer Freeman. Thank you Gary!
We were a large group of friends staying at The Coach House for a long weekend, we phoned the chippy and they took our order for 13 people, we collected it hoping everything was right, perfect, lovely food, great service by really helpful friendly people on a busy night, thanks *****
After a day out with the grandkids a chippy tea is the only way to end the day, I mean who wants to cook after five hours of walking and petting the animals at the farm. So here we are. The best chips I've had from a chip shop in years. The kids has sausage and chips and the comments were these are
Best fish & chips we've had in a long time. Next time we're passing Craven Arms we'll DEFINITELY be calling in. Mom (who normally eats like a bird) wolfed the lot & particularly enjoyed the mushy peas.
Good local chippy, but quite expensive considering the size of the fish you get.
Went out of there way to cook 7 meals after closing exceptional service and much appreciated thankyou.

Fryer Freeman's has become our regular treat. The fish and chips are always excellent: freshly cooked juicy fish and the chips never greasy or soggy. We can't manage a big portion of chips each so Trudy happily divides it up for us - brilliant service! Thank you all and see you again soon.
Shared a portion of fish and chips with mushy peas between two of us. Really tasty and well cooked. Most enjoyable.
The food was excellent. Gary delivered to us for 35 people- not easy with that amount. It was all piping hot and we were staying in a remote place. He was very friendly
This is the place which I feel gives good fish and chips for taking away. Have used twice in the past month, once late on a Saturday night - on this occasion they cooked the fish as i waited, both large and small for kids menu. Also went in on a lunch time and was served with good chips in no time a
