Lovely food as alway's and very good service. We had We had to cancel our table, rebook and then we were half an hour late for that table also (no fault of our own) and when we arrived flustered and apologetic the manager was really lovely, he told us not to worry and showed us to our table.

I prefer the ask Italian in Horsham due to the quality of the food tasting alot better. The fettuccine spaghetti was bland and the mince was just bitty in my mouth and ice cream with cheese cake??? Not the best combination. The staff were great but probably not somewhere ill go again for an evening meal maybe just for lunch!

We had a leaving lunch a few days ago and everything was perfect table ready food was made very quickly and it was delicious kids were served and really enjoyed it. I just want to say that, in addition to a nice meal, we had a delightful waitress, Olivia.She had just the right balance of friendliness and efficiency. She recognized that we wanted time to visit and did not rush us. She and other staff members made certain that we had everything we needed.
I was really surprised by the high standard of food because itβs a chain and such good value. Really large gluten free menu.
Service was attentive, friendly and personal - it was so nice to be served by people with personality! Four stars rather than five as a starter and dessert had to be requested again as they werenβt brought out.
This was my second time visiting the Ask Italian in Crawley. Both times have been enjoyable visits. The restaurant is positioned in the older part of Crawley's town centre. The building is very nice to look at. This street really stands out from the rest of the town centre.
Inside, the restaurant is decorated in Italian things which adds to the atmosphere. The service was at a perfect speed. We had time to talk, but were not getting bored of waiting. We shared two bowls of dough balls between four of us. Most people would find one bowl good for one person, but this meant we had space for the rest of our meal. We all ordered different mains, all of which were delicious. The dessert menu was a good size with a sensible amount on offer and everything is delicious.
I would happily visit again.
