Lovely restaurant, fantastic food and great atmosphere. Loads of choice on the menu and food is so tasty. We will definitely come here again when we are staying at the hotel. Highly recommend it if you like good food. Absolutely incredible

Getting in late to the Sofitel Gatwick, I managed to get to Vanda shortly before the kitchen closed. Quickly ordering, my food appeared rapidly, which was a welcome sight for this hungry traveller.
Coupled with a good glass of wine, the food isn't anything spectacular, however for Chinese food in London, I was most pleasantly surprised and enjoyed my meal quite thoroughly.

Excellent asian restaurant near the Sofitel at Gatwick. We had the set menu and all the dishes were well cooked with good ingredients and portion sizes. The sizzling seafood platter was especially tasty. Service was quick. Not cheap but still good value in view of the quality of food and the location and ambiance.

Great Asian style restaurant with a good menu, it is now called Vanda and it is located in the Sofitel, not north terminal. The food is delicious and the service is quick and friendly.

Ignore all of the negative reviews about price or service. This place has delicious food at albeit, slightly higher prices (which is not atypical of airport food prices). The servers are very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful with respect to the menu and can provide useful recommendations. Try it before you knock it.
