One of the best curry's we've ever eaten. We normally travel around to find good curry's and this is by far the best curry we've had.the jewel in the crown was absolutely lush. Almost like a korma with chicken tikka inside but so flavorful. Wednesday 13.95 for a starter, main,side and rice or bread . My main course alone was 13.95 so absolutely bargain. Wednesday is the new lads curry club here from now on .

Amazing food and value. We visited on Wednesday night with the excellent priced £13.95 banquet. Food was was exceptional. We’ve been searching for a new curry restaurant in Crawley for a while after being disappointed by so many. This is the place to go!

Just returned to the hotel from a delicious meal at the Bengal Spices. Not only was the food great but so were the staff. I am a coeliac so can not eat gluten, it's not a fad I am violently sick if I do eat it, and the Manager couldn't have been more helpful. He came with a separate "menu" showing all the allergens such as nuts, milk, gluten, etc and which dishes contained which. The food was wonderful and such large portions that we struggled to eat it all. It is obviously a very popular restaurant as when we left it was nearly full and they had had a constant flow of take away orders being picked up. All the staff were friendly and attentive and the whole experience was great. We will definitely eat here again when we are in the area.

Had a set meal for two and a set meal for one there last night and it was excellent. The food was delicious and plentiful and the service was very good. I will definitely be going here again and would recommend others to this lovely restaurant.

We went along on a Wednesday evening and enjoyed the set menu; 4 courses for £16.95. There were 9 of us in our family party and all enjoyed food and service. Would definitely revisit and recommend this lovely restaurant on a local parade.

Came here a year ago and found the dishes were horribly sweet, they had lost 'zest' for want of a better word. Visited here a week ago, and the food was really good, wondered if they have a new chef, the taste had improved a lot. Will be returning! Further update Aug 22, this is excellent food, and really attentive service. Great value for money. Further update Dec 22: what a shame... ordered a takeaway told 20 minutes, I waited a further 30 minutes when I got there. Asked why the delay, told their tandoori chef had been off for two days - would have been better if they'd told me that in the beginning!

I ordered King Prawn Ansari, Jewel on the Crown and three Naans this afternoon. The Jewel on the Crown is super delicious, you can taste the coconut milk blend with mangoes nicely and smoothly. Highly recommended! The Ansari is a little bit spicy. As a person who doesn't like spicy food, it's still acceptable. The naans are also delicious with the sauce.

The food here was amazing. Some of the Indian place at home have similar dishes. So we decided to try some of the different ones. We were not disappointed. We ordered way to much food but we're still able to finish it all.

Consistently Brilliant. My family and I have been coming to this restaurant for years and have never been disappointed. So often you can go to an Indian restaurant and have all of the dishes taste similar, however here each dish is unique. The meat is also the most tender I have ever eaten and literally melts in your mouth.<br/><br/>The service is also very good and it is excellent value for money. On a Sunday you can order a main course, side dish, rice/naan bread for £10 which is so worth it!
