The Beehive - Crawley - Photo album

Empty at 6.30 am - so glad I dived into this one before going through security. (The one that is air-side was packed at 07:10, with a long queue.) Had a small breakfast with bottomless coffee, and it was very nice. Staff were friendly and efficient, food was quick. Nice relaxing start to my holiday.
Not like any other Spoons. For a start off you don't have to go on a hike with 6 Sherpa's to find the toilets, they are 5 yards from the entrance and spotless! The service was excellent, the food a bit pricey but this was a London airport, but it tasted good and there was a decent portion size, BBQ
Pretty snazzy for a spoons. Nice food and good options! I tried going for a healthy skinny chicken burger. The staff were super friendly and attentive. Glad I chose this one over the other options in the airport.
Great Wetherspoons, nice and clean. Comfortable considering it's an Airport venue. Bit expensive, but still much cheaper than other places to eat and drink at Gatwick!
Love this place. Just sit down at any table. Order through the app and they bring your order to the table. I’ve been here a few times and the staff is really nice. Feels like a real restaurant - not an airport restaurant. Nice place to relax before your flight.
I always stop here if I have time at Gatwick. The staff are polite and the food comes out quite fast. Bottomless coffee for 3.50, not bad at all if you have an early flight. Also, despite being a Witherspoons, it doesn't feel like a typical high street one, which is a good thing 😜
Great clean venue, in the South terminal, up one flight of stairs and before security check in. Quick service. Menu not as extensive as other wethersoons locations but varied enough to be adequate. Well worth a visit.
Wetherspoons can be hit and miss, but this one had nice food at reasonable prices (including a variety of vegetarian/vegan options), very attentive staff, and it was a clean venue. It was also uniquely interesting in that, unlike other spoons, it had Gatwick arrivals from all over the world.
Staff are polite and efficient without feeling rushed. Food is consistent. Reliable pit stop.
Had a good burger here after flying back from central Europe. Prices weren't quite on par with Wetherspoon's usual value and were certainly affected by the "airport charge". In saying that, it was still much better value than some of the other options in the terminal.
Absolutely nothing to complain about, average price for an airport bar, the service was quick and the drinks were cold. Not sure why so many people have knocked this place, I can’t comment on the food as I didn’t have any. All of the staff were helpful and friendly.
Ended up here for a few drinks with mates and decided to have some chips for the table to share too. Really can't go wrong with a Spoons and this one didn't disappoint. The place was busy and staff were polite and friendly. Great service.
Had some time to kill and thought I'd try this place because it's quieter than the one on the other side. My 7 year old just wanted a margarita pizza. Not an inspired choice, but if done correctly, can be good. It was ready within 10 minutes and was much better than expected. Cheesy with a good base
Now this was a surprise and really not what I expected- although I'm not sure what that was. Quite bright and although the mix of high and low tables were packed in, there was enough space to move around in. The place was very clean and tidy- I think I expected some level chaos but that definitely w
