Love this costa the work staff are always happy even though thay are doing long shifts as thay are short of staff and I take my hat of to them,there are people that aren't happy with what thay get but you can't please every one all the time ,these are the people that probably drink in Starbucks that's to over priced for me,I like going to a place where thay smile wen thay serve you and thay are always friendly ,I won't go anywhere else for my coffee but here, keep up the good work girls your all doing a fantastic job

Nice cup of tea bought over as I had my hands full, which I really appreciated. Sat out in the conservatory bit and it was lovely!

Only the general ramshackle nature of pease pottage services that stopped the 5star. Staff and coffee from Costa were spot on.
Love costa. This one is outside of motorway service's so not brilliant atmosphere.

The Barista in training (unfortunately no name, but tall and blonde) was awesome & very friendly and the coffe a (large cappuccino with chocolate sprinkles) was on point get this woman a name tag already

A very good experience today. I ordered a hot chocolate for my daughter and the made it warm not hot. I'm pleased they were able assist with that.

Had a bad mocha from moto clacket lane held onto it until I got to Pease Pottage services and went in to this costa where Georgi was more than happy to swap it out .
Little bitter but better than clacket lane drive thru costa
