This is in the Crawley leisure park .... it is usually very busy as itâs one of the economical option in leisure park centre .... the wait time is ok considering a very busy place like usually McDonalds is ... the service is ok ... you have booking screens available in this McDonaldâs to quicken you
Went in for a McDonald's with the family and it delivered on virtually all fronts - speed of service, quality of the food, restaurant cleanliness. Certainly not the healthiest food in the world, but at least you know what you're getting, they're reasonably priced and they're consistent.
It's McDonald's, so please take 5* for food in context... We came for dinner after visiting Cineworld on Saturday evening. It was really busy so much so the table service wasn't available. Despite that, food was prepared quickly and accurately to what we ordered. We've noticed that tablets disappear
Always an average experience at a good price. Staff here have been very helpful each time I've been here though so top marks to them!
What youd exoect from mcdonalds. A lot of kids. Great milkshakes and mcflurries and ok food.
Dont order delivery tough. Just go there yourself or youll have cold food and a warm milkshake

The food is classic mcdonalds, but the worker Robin was the friendliest guy ive ever met and I will go back to that store just to see this legend. Give the man a medal of honour and 10Ă pay rise.
It's okay, sometimes the service isn't that great.. forgetting parts of the order, ordering large portions - but not being filled correctly. Staff are overall friendly and polite but service could be better.
Good branch of mcdonalds. Spacious, good staff and food was served fairly quickly. Our order touchscreen machine ran out of receipt but it didn't present a problem on collection
Nice breakfast, hot and enjoyable every now and then. The milkshake machine wad working too!
No complaints about the food or service but I will throw criticism at the forks. They just keep snapping at the neck and are a waste of time. Not McDonald's fault but still annoying.

The lady who was serving me was super nice and polite and friendly. Food was excellent nice and hot as well. Also very clean.
