Nice little cake store. Loves the variety. Love the pastries. The people are very warm and friendly. Cake is very light and airy. Doesn’t have too much sweet or too much cream. Everything is very good.

Very tasty cakes, from what I can see the stuff they had ready to go was all pretty much the same cake but with different toppings, the slices were quite big and they tasted very nice.
My son and our family thoroughly enjoyed our cakes from Cake Box Crawley! We had a selection of different slices, they were delicious would definitely recommend.

Love love love the cakes here. The staff are so friendly and helpful too. I bought a Fireman Sam cake topper which I was going to apply myself. When ordering my cake, I explained what I wanted to do and the member of staff said that if I brought the topper in, they would put in on for me and decorat

Cakes from your shop are just so tasty and beautifully decorated. My whole family is a fan of your cakes for every celebration and 'treat days' that we have in the family. Bonus as well that there is free parking outside your shop.

We went in today to buy a cake off the shop floor for my dad and the lady was absolutely lovely and was willing to ice 60 on the top for us while we were in there. The cake tasted delicious and you got what you paid for in a good way will definitely use them again.
I have recently just celebrated my daughters 1st Birthday. The cake was perfect I always receive great customer service from everybody that works here and someone even helped me put the big box with the cake in it into the car. This is the one Cake Box I always return to every occasion.
