I visited M&S Crewe today with my sister for a bra fitting. Lady named Julie asked what kind of bra my sister was looking for underwired etc. Fantastic service with a smile and experience. Generous with her time, lovely lady very experienced, she made my sister feel very comfortable 🥰 Thank you

I went into marks and Spencer’s last week to be measured for a bra. Clare was amazing! She was super patient, nothing was too much trouble and she went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. I managed to get 3 bras that were perfect for me :)

I just want to say how helpful one of your staff members was to me earlier this week at your Crewe Grand Junction store. This was a lady called Angela Clark and she really went out of her way to go the extra mile to help me and my Mum. It’s nice to know that there is still good, polite, friendly customer service here. Love M&S, but there is not enough staff one the shop floor to help you. Very disappointing cafes in their shops, the powers that be, WON'T sell proper meals.
All heated up different "sandwich 🥪" with varied ingredients. Nothing really for very young children to eat. Fresh cakes, teacakes, toast. They have got rid of there different size cups and saucers, and replaced them with ugly looking mugs! Like you get in a Transport cafe !!!!!! The cafe is ok for a quick coffee and cake. The soup isn't even "home" made!
