Stopped in for hot drinks which were lovely. The queue to order/collect was quite long and slow moving and the tables were not cleared quickly so had dirty cups and plates left on them.
Lovely spot for a cuppa, we grabbed a window seat and enjoyed some autumn sunshine. The only letdown was a child running around shouting for fun, we saw a couple leave because of it as it was going on for over 10 minutes. The parents thought it was cute 🙄. It really wasn't. Not Costa's fault of course.

Great staff, superb atmosphere
We Visit this Costa quite frequently, the staff are always freindly and helpful, just the other day I went in with my daughter and having bought us all treats I thought I'd get the dog a wafer, when I said I was buying it for the dog the young lady said we do have dog biscuits, she then proceeded to give me free of charge 3 dog bone biscuits. So we all enjoyed our coffees and treats :)
Always very clean and welcoming. Love that we can take our dog inside and she usually gets offered a biscuit. One of my favourite Costas.
Dog friendly which is unusual for a Costa lovely staff
Like all other Costa's but the decor is very dreary. Helpful staff.
Now the sun is out again very pleasant and uncrowded outside space with 10 tables.
I've been here many times now on my way down from Reading & this Costa lives up to it's good name. I like to go in there first thing when it's just opened & even at that time of day the place & staff are fully ready to help & serve. I like my coffee served in a particular way & the friendly staff are more than willing & helpful to take the time to make it this easy way for me.
The premises is a little outdated or tired & could do with a refurb, but I put this down to the fact that this Costa is very popular & well frequented.
Their toaster machine is also out of date compared to some but I prefer my toast made with this old machine.
All in all I can't find anything to complain about, so keep up the good work Crewkerne Costa :)
Excellent service by pleasant, friendly staff under difficult circumstances. Excellent coffee and delicious bacon rolls at reasonable prices. We'll done, Costa, Crewkerne 👍
Steve are lovely, it is a safe place if ever get lost in Crewkerne, always a laughter and coffee. Always clean even in busy time, has a great atmosphere. One of my favourire Costa's thank you all.
Service good. Great that it is Dog Friendly, nice setting and the cafe was clean and tidy. I will come back even though the coffee was only average.

Costa is what you'd expect from Costa. This gets the full five stars because my dog is welcome inside, as well as at their outdoor seating area!
