I was there yesterday with the kids. The food was fine, nothing amazing but OK. Overall atmosphere was strange. Clearly understuffed, we were waiting a lot every time we wanted to order something. And the lady who looked and behaved like a manager was acting almost like Hagrid - Keeper of the Keys with her set of keys attached to her belt. She made so much noise walking around. Please, put your keys into your pocket 🫣

We love it here. The food is consistently good and you never have to wait long. The staff are friendly and approachable. And the cost is nicely affordable, especially if you go for the set menu.

I had a lovely time when going into Bella Italia Cribbs today, The staff were helpful and welcoming as well as it being a good environment. Food was exactly as described and was very enjoyable through all 3 courses. Will definitely be returning!

With such a limited choice of eateries at Cribbs Causeway it was good to see a Bella Italia which seems to be a rarity nowadays. We thought the food quality and value was much better than the other suspects sited nearby. Very very enjoyable.

Went yesterday with my daughter and had a fantastic meal. The staff were friendly and helpful from start to end. We had two pizzas and a side of fries that were delicious. Will definitely be combing back and I 100% recommend this place. Thanks guys for a great meal!

Excellent service from friendly and helpful staff. The high standard menu is the same as other outlets, with a good range of vegetarian options, as well as offers to "make it vegan" on some items. The food is beautifully prepared and presented. Good choice of drinks.

First time we had ever eaten here. We came on a Saturday evening without reservation and they seated us straight away. The service was excellent and the food exceeded our expectations! We had the tomato bruschetta, mushroom crostini and the pollo cacciatore.
