Now THIS is an ice cream shop. Incredible flavours (with some unusual ones to try too). Really lovely & friendly staff who served us with a smile last night, despite being five mins from closing-up. Will definitely return… check it out!

I never appreciated the difference between gelato and ice cream before until I visited. My eyes have well and truly been opened. Whilst ice cream is amazing, gelato is superior. You need to visit this place if you are in Cromer. Incredible selection of gelato flavours which are all absolutely delicious. Would recommend the rum and raisin or chocolate for sure. Try do other things there too such as chocolates and fudge etc which I didn't try. But if you're close by, or even if you aren't you should visit!!!
There are many ice cream shops around but this gelato shop sells the best gelato. Portion is huge for the price we are paying. Their gelato is really creamy. They have 4 lactose free sorbets which is great for lactose intolerant folks. I had the lemon sorbet with ginger bits and it’s made with a soy base. I just ordered one scope and look for big the portion is in the picture. They even have gluten free cones. Only one thing, the staff should cover the cone with a napkin instead of using their hands to hold the cone.
I went here with my boyfriend and parents, and had totally delicious ice creams. There were loads of fantastic flavours, and the cones were very biscuity. There are also lots of tasty looking chocolates and baked goods all made in store, so we'll definitely be coming back before the end of our holiday this week! Nice to support a local LGBT+ friendly business too.
A lovely place to visit with excellent gelato, cakes, chocolates and coffee. Great friendly service too. Good size portions with plenty of flavours to choose from. Looking forward to popping in again very soon!
Next time you're down make sure to pop in a get "the bucket" full of freshly made doughnuts with a topping of ice-cream and chocolate sauce 😋

My husband has raved about the mint chocolate chip ice-cream he bought from here today. It was quite a large cone but cost £4.50 so not a cheap buy.

It’s a little hard to see the flavours and prices until you’re in the shop. Plenty of people outside were saying the same. Perhaps something to address.
We loved their ice-cream. Struggled a bit with the three scoops. It was very generous.
Our visit was the best in every possible way. If there was a Michelin star rating for just ice-cream shops, Harris & Jones would get three. That's why we wish that people stop talking about their ice-cream being a bit pricey. They get top reviews and quality doesn't come cheap.
Stopped by and had take out coffee and ice cream.
Cherry Bakewell ice cream and was fabulous. Asked for an extra shot in the latte and was told it was double shot and would I like a third ? It was great as is and super hot.. which is impressive as often takeout coffee is just not hot enough.
Delicious ice cream (although very pricey) and very generous portions! Would as easily have done with a single scoop.
This is not the cheapest ice cream in town but you get what you pay for. The selections are vast and the ice cream beautiful. The most pleasing is they have scoops for each ice cream meaning you get the flavour you asked for and not the last 3 customers. Service excellent genuinely friendly staff who are not quietly quitting and appreciate the custom. You must check this place out.
Wow! Simply magnificent ice creams. As an ice cream maker myself, I enjoy tasting those made by others. These were phenomenal. Each flavour tried was delicious! I cannot recommend them highly enough. Devoured so quickly, I didn’t make time to take a photo of the enormous portions. Make sure you come here if you are in Cromer. If there is a queue - it’s worth the wait!
Gluten free ice cream in a gluten free cone! The staff were very clued up - they even washed their hands between serving, and handed me the cone directly instead of putting it in the holder. Best of all, the portions were HUGE and incredibly tasty. The ice cream was full of flavour and really creamy without being sickly, and the gluten free cone was lovely and crispy 😋
We eat at a couple of ice cream places during our stay and this was by far the best. The flavours were so fresh and natural. The portions were very generous and I liked that they did kids sizes (still very good portion). I had something like lemon and bergamot and it was so delicious and refreshing.
Outstanding coffee and ice cream. Our holiday home was literally across the road.
Beautiful Italian style gelato that was clearly made from premium ingredients. Not the lurid coloured ice creams found elsewhere.

Fantastic place! We're a vegan and a coeliac and couldn't believe the variety of ice cream on offer that each of us could enjoy. Huge portions, friendly and obliging staff, and the zingiest lemon and ginger sorbet ever.
