Jack In The Box

I don’t expect much from a Jack in the Box. But unfortunately they are the only one in Crosby my kids like jack which makes no sense to me. This location is closed half the time especially in the evenings dining room is closed all the time. The food is usually half way cooked or burnt. The attitude of the people who work here is horrible I don’t get who does the hiring. I think yesterday the GM was there or maybe the owner on 5/21 and the employees looked more miserable than usual. There is a chick fila coming soon which will like lead to this and others closing their doors at least this jack is ahead of the game closing after 10 pm and then having the doors closed during the day.

A bit ridiculous to have to shut down the place for a shift change. Pulled into the drive thru at 9:56 and sat there waiting for someone to say something to take my order, didn’t get any response till 10:10 telling me they were “in the middle of shift change” and that it would take 15 minutes before they could take orders. What place closes that long? Other places are able to change staff while remaining open. And if you are having to shut down why are all the lights on? Let people know you are not open so we don’t waste time sitting there. We can go somewhere else if you are closed. So frustrating.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We come here to the Crosby location says 24 hours but we come every Thursday night at about midnight and they are never open. I am a manager at a Dominos pizza so I know about being short staffed I had a total of 3 employees with myself and I still stayed open regular hours and serviced my people! The fact y’all are never open is bad for business and very poor customer service

The night shift from 9PM-5AM, is completely useless. They are not taking orders/in middle of a shift change. but instead you pull up and they are sitting in at a table on their phones. The only time i think they work is when they are telling ppl they can’t take orders. I would suggest closing down and giving another company who can hire ppl who will work and we can have a different food choice. you are providing disgusting “if you call it service” so plz leave, or do better and quit hiring lazy ppl who get paychecks for doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. yes night shift this is for you.
