The shop is my favourite and especially near Christmas. Went yesterday as a treat from family to cheer me up after the ordeal if just back from my brothers funeral. Had a lovely time looking round the shop and as usual spent a small fortune. Then decided to go to the coffee shop which was very quiet. We ordered food and hot drinks then waited and waited no food was comming. We finished our drinks went to pay for them and explained our food didnt arrive. The girl appoligised but it put a right dampner on what had been a lovely day. Dont know if i would be back now. Margaret

Our favourite garden centre, cafe and homestyle shop. We are to be found there at least once a week for lunch and to buy something to accessorise our home. There are always new items to tempt us!

Ambiance ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Accessibility ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cost ⭐⭐⭐ Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great garden centre that I believe is not a chain. It's smaller than the chain ones but it is very popular especially towards the Christmas period (I've been before during the summer period) because their decorations are really lovely! Prices can be expensive (it is for me anyway) but you can find some good items on sale too throughout the year. The restaurant can also get super busy (long queues) so probably best to book if that's possible. Overall, I really like this place and it's an easy recommendation for folks to drop in and check it out for themselves!

A little gem of a cafe. Very popular and busy, had to queue for a table, but was worth it. Staff were lovely and friendly. I had the lentil soup which was recommended to me, it was delicious. They have vegan options too. The Christmas shop is a nice place to browse, quite quirky and different

Fantastic company, brilliant staff and great products. We recently bought some new garden furniture and are extremely happy with the service received. Special mention to the delivery staff who couldnt have been more helpful in getting it into the garden for us. They went above and beyond. We'll definitely be back to get more for the house.

We ate in the cafe but didn't go into the garden centre which in my opinion is found to be overpriced. The cafe, however, is reasonably priced, and the food is always good, and the staff are lovely. The 5 star rating is for the cafe.

Here on holiday and popped in to the garden centre x it's a lovely little place though I feel the plants they had for sale were rather over priced. Visited another garden centre here and their prices were much more reasonable. Bought some lovely wax melts 😌 Felt very Christmases too, with all the beautiful decorations laid out in colour coordination. everybody loves christmas ❤️ would Visit again x

Coffee shop closed today, but main reason for the visit was checking out Christmas! And I was not disappointed. Mid October before its fully decorated, however loads of choice of beautiful home and tree decor. Surely a theme to suit all tasted from traditional to blush to a space theme. Fantastic. Lots gorgeous trees and tree skirts available also. The signature fragrance range - especially with the relaxation scent is superb. A great afternoon in the Clyde Valley can be spent here!

Silverbirch is a fabulous family run garden centre that adds the little extra somethimg other Clyde Valley garden centres can't. It doesn't try make out that it's a national chain (a couple if miles along the road). Nor does it always try to outdo the competition directly across the road (a few miles further along the road). No, this garden centre brings a family run atmosphere both inside and out. The coffee shop is small, but offers really good food, prepared locally and served with that personal touch only small businesses can. The quality and presentation of the food is always top notch and well worth the short wait while covid rules require deep clean between each table. If you're heading along the Clyde valley, I'd heartily recommend stopping in.

5 stars for Christmas display. Best I’ve ever seen. Prices are on the higher end but not too bad!! Probably what you’d expect for a garden centre! The designers that work in store are extremely talented! I actually told them that! It lifted my mood just being in there, whether I was buying or not! I feel like I love seeing all the random bits n bobs at a garden centre and was a little disappointed when I passed through the Xmas stuff, I was at the exit! Cafe nice too! Quite expensive again (£2.20 for a small glass soda & lime) however toasties were delicious. It was styled like a warm country farmhouse and it felt nice sitting there 😃

It was my first visit to Silverbirch, the coffee shop/restaurant was wonderful, the most pleasant staff. All busy all keen to serve and help. Great choice on the menu. Popped into the shop after eating. Oh my word, what a beautiful shop with the most tasteful of goods. I loved all of it, from the choice of candles to the mind-blowing ceiling lights. The stock is wonderful 10/10 from me.
