Only popped in for an hour during a hospital visit. Pint can of Strongbow £3 . Pleasant staff and chatty regulars.
Tasty well cooked lunch at a reasonable price
1st time we cone here and we will deffo be back. Meal was lovely as the pics attached show. Loads of fish I personally next time will just have the fish with a side salad, the fish was so fresh and a great amount. Staff were very friendly and not over every 2 minutes asking how meal is a thing I like. A well run ship and looking forward to our next visit .. Cheers

Well to be truthfull, we only walked through the Portman Arms to get to McChristies ... the restaurant at the back of the building.
The menu is not what you would call ... extensive, but what is available was ALL good. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. All in all, its a really nice place to go for breakfast, lunch, or an evening meal. Plus ... the Sunday Roast is a winner 🏆 😋

This is our wee local restaurant. The staff are always so friendly when you arrive and during your night. The food is brilliant, great selection of dishes for everybody and it all tastes amazing. Never had a bad meal in here. Everything is well priced and the new outdoor sitting area is lovely.
