Great food. It was an extremely busy service but it was smooth. Service was a little slower than usual but they warned us this would be the case and took good care of us and were responsive and friendly even though every table was full. A very good experience yet again.

Me and my family arranged a surprise 18th birthday for my niece the boss of the restaurant kindly allowed my sister and my mum to go to the restaurant a few hours before opening and decorate the restaurant with banners and balloons ready for my niece to arrive at 8pm. we all arrived 12-14 of us and all had starters and mains which we was all highly satisfied with the food , the service and the price. I speak for me and my family by saying we would all be returning for another meal at another time.

Went for our work Christmas meal and was absolutely delighted. Food was perfect and hot, despite there being several large parties in and a full restaurant. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Great food and service, love coming here. First stumbled across the restaurant in Crystal Palace. As we loved the food, decided to try out the Shirley restaurant nearer to home, and been back 6 times in last 18 months.

We stopped there, together with our luggage, before getting a bus to East Croydon and then a train to Gatwick. They were busy but very quickly found a table for us. The service was very prompt and the food was very good.

We went to this restaurant by mistake as the restaurant we were meant to go to had bad reviews. All i can say is thank god my friend looked at the reviews to make us change restaurants. Lorenzos has amazing fresh, tasty food, good service and polite waiting staff. We were even given a eloncello to try free as my friend normally has lemoncello. We will definitely come back and also recommend this to all of our friends.

Our usual waiter was not in today. Staff were friendly as usual and attentive. We love this place as they are always children friendly and more importantly food is great. Had a bit of issue with Lemon in hot water. I have never seen the hot water go yellow the way it did today it also tasted funny. Food is good as always and a great place to go to on a early Sunday afternoon.

Delicious, Clean, Attentive, Friendly environment for all ages and groups. This still is so far the best Italian restaurant we have indulged at in UK. Not sure about other branches but Shirley branch if you in or near the area and you don’t want to take a risk of trying a new restaurant, I would recommend this place. All photo’s taken are private therefore did not post any pics.

I loved lorenzo restaurant because, the staff very polite and charming.
The air conditioning was a great welcome as it was a really hot day, but most of all the food was excellent.
Definitely worth a visit.
I shall definitely be going back.

Booked a table for a party of 20. Where do I start. The waiters were great, very attentive and went out of the way to make sure everyone was well looked after. They always called me by my name when checking if everything was good that was a nice touch. My friends thought I knew them. The food was was excellent could not fault it. All my guests said they will definitely be going back. Well done Lorenzo you didn't disappoint. My son was pleased as his name is also Lorenzo

Reasonably priced and very nice staff.
I would have given a fifth star but the service was a bit slow at the end.
But would still return and try more of their food.

A big improvement on its predecessor. Decent Italian grub at a reasonable price. Staff are wecoming and the head waiter clearly has a good sense if humour, joining in with our party's banter. Will be going back.

Restraunt was clean and has a good atmosphere.
Arrived around 6pm on a Tuesday and it started to get very busy around 7pm.

Very pleasant experience. Food was amazing and piping hot made by Chef Sid, who was wonderful to chat to and made great recommendations of foods that we should try. The bar staff were very helpful and knowledgeable of their cocktails and other drinks. Great for couples and bigger groups. Dunno what the other guy is talking about. Probably didn't read the pizza description XD
