Viva Mexico

Very good quality Mexican food - and this is coming from a connoisseur! My daughter and I visited a couple of times and the food is excellent and the wait staff are very attentive. The food was ready in no time even though they were busy. They even gave us a couple of jalapeño poppers to try on the house - stuffed with cheese and wrapped in bacon. Yumm!

WOW!! What a great place. I normally don't make a habit of giving reviews but in this case how can I not? Very friendly staff who went out of their way to provide amazing service. And the food..... Highly recommend the 3 Tacos. I have a big appetite but I can honestly say I did struggle to get through them. They are really filling. And several hours later I am still not hungry. Prices of the food and the drinks are reasonable which is always a bonus. Got the opportunity to meet Dean, and all I can say is what a nice guy. Was more than happy to throw in a tip for the staff as the service they provided was outstanding. Great Job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I'm staggered about the previous review. It's rare I rave about a restaurant like this, but I will now. Firstly food. There's plenty of it and it's very good. I have possibly had better Mexican (but that's very line-ball), but no way had any better service, just about anywhere, so consistently as here. Oh, and staying on the food, I am a vegetarian that shouldn't eat wheat. Every time I've eaten here, my request for "painful food" and menu changing has been met with a smile and no problems whatsoever. Now. Service. Almost the best I've had. Consistently, the lady at front of house has been wonderfully welcoming. Not in your face. Just right. Very pleasant and accommodating. And she _communicates_ well with all of her customers. This mentality seems to have been infused through all staff. We had a wonderful meal on Valentine's day night, and I was finally inspired to write this, because every time we come out saying that the service and food are wonderful. This mob deserve your custom.

The food was great. However the service seemed quite slow with regard to delivery of meals. Ordered 2 serves of kids nuggets and chips. They came out a good 6 - 7 minutes apart and the serving sizes were very noticeably different. Everything except for drinks seemed to take a lot of time given the place wasn't full and there seemed to be plenty of wait staff on.

Went for dinner for my son’s 14th birthday. Group of seven people and we had a fabulous time. Staff were delightful young people and the owner was there; he stopped by our table for a chat and to check everything was ok ... it was! The food was delicious (a few of us had the Saturday night ‘deal’ of chicken ribs (divine - three different marinades), others had Mexican curry, vegetarian burger, nachos and a chicken burger). All was fresh and delicious. Could not fault the meal or the staff. Highly recommended.

Really nice authentic Mexican restaurant, it has such an aesthetic and calming atmosphere that makes dining there such a nice experience. I had one of the burgers, the burgers are a more unique and original aspect of the restaurant so it isn't just boring traditional food, the burgers play with the flavour and make for such creative foods. The burger I had was a take on pulled pork and slaw, there was a lot of everything going on and on top of all that, they put the crackling in the burger! Genius! My family tried some of the quesadillas, tacos and burritos which I also snuck in a bite of and they were so tasty and wasn't too wet or too dry and no flavour overpowered another. Will definitely be visiting again in the near future. So good!
