McDonald's at Wickham road is a great place to grab a quick and affordable bite to eat. The food is always cooked to perfection and the service is quick and friendly. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, and there is plenty of seating.

I have a mcds on my doorstep but we drive to here for the service and quality of food. Even if you take home food, it's always hot. The staff very helpful and the drive thru also there but I always go inside as less busy. However I gave 4 stars because the inside tables need to be cleaned more regularly as tables always full of others not putting their rubbish in bin. Lots of parking available. Wheelchair access also.
It's a drive-thru restaurant that was recently refurbished so looks great inside. Tablets (iPads?) and play area for the kids. Activity/colouring books(?), sometimes left on tables.
They have touch screens for ordering food (but you can order at the counter if you prefer) but what sets this branch aside from the rest for me is that they also offer table service, where you can choose to have them bring the food to you if you order on the computer screens.

Car park can get busy and clogged up when busy, which can be a pain as you would not be able to get into the car park to park up or even get into the drive-thru which is at the back of the car park.
Other than that, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is cleaned throughout the day and always clean when I visit.
Ordered a breakfast meal for drive through pick up, long queue of cars when I arrived, so this was not "fast food" staff quite pleasant and amicable. Food arrived very greasy and oily. Sorry "golden arches" very disappointed bronze medal on this occasion!
Very nice restaurant really great customer service here. Food is of the highest quality and the restaurant is kept really nice and clean. Highly recommend this store if you’re very hungry

Inside, it is the typical layout and there is a kids area.
Outside, the building was nice.
Had a nice stay there with tea and chicken mayo sandwich which was nice and crispy.
The car park here is the worst thing you'll encounter. The queue for the drive through runs straight through the car park so you can get blocked in but only for a few minutes. Still needlessly frustrating

Used the drive-through. The queue moved very quickly and the staff took the order efficiently and we received our meal very quickly.
McDonald's is what it is but as a driving instructor it is a god send that they have one in West Wickham area so we can nip to the loo in between lessons.
And occasionally grab some lunch!
