I have been to the Red Lion loads of times over the years. And each time I'm never disappointed! The food is amazing and you get a huge plate full. The staff are friendly and prompt with the service. I would highly recommend the sticky toffee pudding!! It's delicious, it's the best sticky pudding I've ever tasted! 5 without a doubt.

The Red Lion serves wonderful and authentic food, the menu caters for all, and they include a specials board, I found their steak pies to be delicious and one of the best pies ( Steak and Haggis) that I have tasted. The prices are very good and the staff professional and attentive. I would book in advance as the Red Lion will Experience a massive surge in patrons especially over the summer months. The Preston Island Circular Walk is highly recommended before visiting this little haven of quality food, beers and wine it’s 5 stars from me

Although the only pub/eatery in Culross it is excellent. We had a super bar lunch on a very busy weekend yet the service was great and the staff were cheerful. It was saved by the community and it's very well run.

Spectacular experience, one of the best places I've eaten in Scotland. We arrived in the village somewhat lost, looking for a place to eat, and stumbled upon this one. It was late, and we didn't have a reservation (the restaurant was full), but they still managed to find us a table and served us a delicious meal with infinite kindness and friendliness. Highly recommended, the ambiance, decor, everything is wonderful.

This was our final meal in Scotland and what a way to wrap up our magical experience. Service was absolutely outstanding! The food was spectacular and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I had a fantastic steak, some great haggis and the most fantastic chocolate and raspberry tarte in custard. Absolutely splendid, thank you for making our last night in Scotland a memorable one Red Lion Inn!

The whole place screams local history. Run by the community, this is a must visit pub if you are in town just to soak in the decor and history. Lunch was fresh and tasty. My lamb fell off the bone. The service was impeccable, with the staff serving us tea and coffee, before they even opened, as we were early. We didn't book, so we had to sit outside, which was a shame as I could have spent more time exploring inside. However, even outside, we had plenty of space, and they served a party of 7 hot food at a reasonable price, in good time. Even with inside booked out. Top tips - book for inside seats. Old traditional building, so a little tight for disabled access (just sit outside!). Good parking round the back of the building. Solid kids menu. Dog friendly in and out.

This is a nice old inn with a great extensive menu. All our party had great food at very reasonable prices. I had lovely ploughman's with homemade soup. Service was a bit slow but worth the wait.

Came here on the last day of the year 2022 and what a brilliant way to finish the last lunch of the year! Delicious delicacies and very filling. The portions are pretty filling and don't miss their desserts! I can come back to Culross just for its amazing food. The toilets are clean and maintenance is very good. The place is Ambient. And the staff are very patient and courteous. Thank you for making our visit so fulfilling.

Visited again recently and still very good food and service. Only issue is the car park is always too full! You should definitely visit here!
