Had food here today. Ordered through the app used the 2 meals for £12 deal absolute bargain. The food was very nice as we were one of only 2 customers it was freshly prepared. The drinks didn't taste right tho so did not drink them, had a weird taste almost like a clea ingredients product.
Absolutely delicious Vegan royal. The batter was really crispy and none chicken taste is really nice .All food was cooked fresh .The staff were very helpful and polite. Thank you .I think I'll make this a regular meal obsession yummy 😋
Manager was extremely kind and helped us with our order. He also gave 3 Oreo ice creams to me and my sisters. Food was also delicious. Was totally worth the £22 . Definitely my fav fast food place around here. Hoping to go again.
Great place for food, a bit pricey for 2 meals but very clean and tidy.
Only down side was my burger was not hot.

Amazing staff, very polite, and quick and effective service. I come here regularly with my family and it never disappoints. My worst experience had me waiting about 8 minutes for my food and I had a free ice cream given to me for the wait so 10/10 recommend.

Update - Chicken fries a rip off. 6 for £3, working out at 50p each? No wonder I had to wait for them to be cooked, not a great seller. Quite disappointed really, otherwise a great place!
Helpful staff, offer from the app was also great saved me some money, the food was hot and a large fries was large unlike McDonald’s. Lots of parking, clean facilities. Great place for a quick snack and child friendly.
Ngl, my fav BK in Cardiff. Dude named Jason was really friendly and got my order to me dead quick, and I've never had a bad experience here.
Staff was very polite the dining area was clean and i wasn’t expecting my food to come within 2 minutes was very pleased
Chili cheese bites was the best i tried nothing like how they do it and i asked the staff at the front for toilet code she gave it to me and to be honest i was impressed how clean the women toilets were
