Got served by a girl named Bethan outstanding service. She went above and beyond to help with food suggestions and made my white mocha and a hot chocolate. Amazing girl. Thank you so much Bethan 😀

This is the best Starbucks I ever been. Plenty of employees, plus they allowed me to use the bathroom for free. I was in a trip, really happy to have found it. 5 stars.

Out of the 3 branches I've visited for out of town coffee this Starbuckw has hit the mark. The staff listen to the order and get it right The staff are happy and actually ask about the loyalty card which is a bonus Great staff!!!

One of my favourite places to go, I'm a big fan of the frappaccinos here, love them.

Excellent experience at this Starbucks. A lovely lady named Lauren served me and recommended a frap for my granddaughter which she then loved. Customer service was spot on, a credit to the company. Will be visiting again

A Starbucks pretty much does what it says on the tin. Nice coffee, comfy seats and a handy place to meet up. Managers could improve the service experience by not expecting their staff to be making your choice whilst taking orders from the takeaway queue. This makes it very difficult to check the order or even say a simple hello to your server..

Their coffee, tea and hot chocolate are great. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Lovely chain of Starbucks near culver house cross. I visited around closing time after placing an online order. Staff were friendly, toilets were clean and there was ample seating space.

Visited at approximately 1pm. Lovely, hot, latte coffee.Very poor choice of food as shelves almost empty but eventually decided on on their coffee and walnut cupcake. It was well worth the choice, moist and very tasty. Seating areas not to crowded and tables/chairs at suitable distance apart from each other. Staff pleasant.

Out of the different Starbucks stores I’ve been to this one is definitely the best one. The service is always friendly and the orders are always correct. Also thought it was mentionable to say that the server called Ellie helped me when I wasn’t sure what to order with my dairy intolerance but she took time out to help advise me on some options that would be suitable and that I would like. I really appreciated it as I found a new favourite drink to order☺️

The friendliest, cleanest Starbucks I've ever frequented. I know it's relatively new but things like the toilets, outdoor seating area are always spotless! Food and drinks are typical Starbucks fare but are served by polite and friendly staff. My favourite Starbucks!
