Went this evening for my birthday and it was great. A few minor issues with the Ultimate Mixed Grill and having food items I didn't order, but it was promptly sorted and the things I didn't like were eaten by my dad, so nothing wasted. Lisa C. was wonderful throughout the whole evening. Politely, bubbly, happy to help and answer questions and to quickly sort the small things out. Very, very lovely and delicious food. Big praise to Lisa though!! Made my 29th amazing and certainly memorable.

Great atmosphere and yummy food. The free salad bar is always a win! Our server Tim was fantastic, really friendly and made us feel welcome. He even played along with our 15 month old daughter as she waved and babbled at him.

Just had a wonderful relaxed meal here. Had been to the cinema with my family and the movie finished earlier than expected. The reservation wasn't for another 15 minutes but when I asked them if we could come in they were more than welcoming. The server Mica was lovely and so friendly; my normally very shy 3 year old was chatting away to her all evening. The drinks came out very quickly and the food was very impressive. My husband's burger looked like something from an advert! The kids were very well taken care of too. At the end of the meal we were even offered a box (without having to ask) for them to take their fruit home as they were full. Super chilled evening, great service and impressive food. Whay more can you ask for?

Best harvester experience ever! Food was lush couldnt fault it. I came in with my fussy family it was also very busy when we came in but none of that was a issue for our waiter Tim. He made sure everyone was happy even my little nephew was entertained by him. Tim is a true credit to harvester! Thank you for making all of our night.

Just came back from a lovely meal at Harvester cwmbran. food was great (as always). Love the salad cart. I really enjoyed this evening,. Tim was our waiter, and he couldn't have done enough for us. Very pleasant, friendly and entertaining. I suspect Harvester knows this though! I must say though, ALL the staff work hard. I work in catering and I know it's not always easy dealing with the public! Going again soon. Keep up the good work Harvester

My wife and me ate here prior to going to see a film at cinema nearby.. Firstly, on arrival we were greeted by a young lady named Mica.. She was very polite, very engaging and for me, very enthusiastic and professional in her approach too us as customers. I always say, staff can make or break a business.. For me, Mica represented this business in the best manner possible.. I had fishcakes & dill and my wife had the scampi , both with chips.. Couldn't fault either dish.. Salad bar area was well stocked and to be fair, the whole experience of visiting this particular harvester business was faultless for our time eating here.. We will definitely eat here again in the future..

Went for a family meal Tuesday. We had a fab time The food was served in a timely fashion and there were 5 of us and starters, it was tasty not 1 thing to pick about. Our waitress was lovely very attentive, we had a baby and it was very warm and she placed us in a cooler part of the restaurant. We were made to feel very welcome and nothing was to much trouble. It was a lady with tattoos. Will visit again.

As soon as we walked through the door. Mica came over to greet us with a lovely and warm welcome! So a pleasant bubbly women. Food was lush also so perfect night. Great food and excellent service

The service was top quality. Cannot thank Abigail E enough for her impeccable service. Her attitude, energy, enthusiasm and politeness truly knows no bounds. Only criticism we came across was the chips were cold and the fried eggs were hard and not runny. Other than that, top notch thank you very much :)

Walked past, saw how busy and cosy it looked through the window and popped in on a whim, was asked if we had booked but we hadn’t and they found us a little table straight away. Staff explained how things worked and were really polite and friendly. The salad bar was fresh and full even though it was a little later in the evening. Had a steak and it was cooked to perfection. Staff checked on us a little after we had our food which was nice and they were very engaged even though it was busy. The desert was amazing. Great food and lovely service. Will go again for sure !

Good points, staff were prompt to greet us and to take our order. Room for improvement, long wait for the food to arrive, no labels on the sauces by the salad area, bread rolls were very cold and "doughy" like they'd just been defrosted. Food was just warm enough, could have been a bit hotter. Food quality was good.

Food was lovely , our waiter Tim was amazing very attentive , we had our toddler with us so he put us in a quiet area which was great. All in all great evening out.

Service was fantastic by Tim at harvester cwmbran, he really went above and beyond and made my experience a very enjoyable one. There needs to be more people like him in the hospitality sector.
