Great service, perfect sitting area for a small ‘party’ food was delicious, maybe more options for vegans but what was order smelt and tasted amazing!
Children’s meals was perfect size maybe a smaller plate for their meals would be better but not an issue!

Eight friends for Sunday lunch. Opened late but not an inconvenience. We didn’t know how to service worked so there was a delay. Maybe info at the table. We queued and queued as it was getting busy but not enough people taking orders at the bar. We all got served eventually and the food was nice the

Staff are very friendly, the price is reasonable I just love the vibe when I come there. They make me feel welcome. It was my wife's birthday, turn it into something special.
Came here on Sunday and service is great as usual. Been coming here for 10 years and bring the family here all the time. Sunday roasts are yummy.

Excellent customer service from Julie. It was a refreshing change to see someone so enthusiastic and caring about her job. She couldn’t do more for not only us, but other customers.
I enjoyed my visit to Pipe Major. Food was lovely, got a cavary. The food was hot and all tasted fresh. Also got a waffle, normally comes with ice cream but was nice of them to swape it with custard as not a fan of ice cream and did'nt want it to go to waste. Great value for money as well. Staff wer
Excellent customer service, my first time here even though its close to where I live. I'm big on service first, so that's a 5 star for me, food came earlier than I was told as well. I enjoyed the mixed grill I ordered. Would be returning soon.
Came for a meal with my partner & watched some great entertainment while there. Singing Elvis impersonator. He was a lovely guy. Hope to see him there again.

Food was great, though there was quite a long wait for it, the bar staff were run off their feet, and so were the serving staff. When I remarked on this (I was quite surprised, the car park didn’t seem busy so most must have been walk-ins) the waitress laughed and said this was nothing! I would hate
What a pleasant surprise. I took my elderly mum for a meal and we had a great time. The pub was spotlessly clean,the food was cooked perfectly......and the staff were fantastic,friendly and very courteous. I genuinely can not wait to go back.
Lovely pub lovely atmosphere came in for carvery meat was grizzly and veg was hard other than that was a blast. Service was brilliant. Staff was very attentive and very there when needed. Would love katie as our waitress again.

Always a nice atmosphere at the Pipe Major and very close to Dagenham East Station if you don't want to drive.
We weren't rushed off our table so very relaxed for our girly catch up. Staff are always polite and friendly.
