Great service, perfect sitting area for a small ‘party’ food was delicious, maybe more options for vegans but what was order smelt and tasted amazing!
Children’s meals was perfect size maybe a smaller plate for their meals would be better but not an issue!

Eight friends for Sunday lunch. Opened late but not an inconvenience. We didn’t know how to service worked so there was a delay. Maybe info at the table. We queued and queued as it was getting busy but not enough people taking orders at the bar. We all got served eventually and the food was nice the chef serve was very friendly and helpful. We queued again for dessert maybe we should have ordered together - but I for one didn’t know if I wanted a dessert until I had had my meal. Food nice staff nice friendly but the system is a little slow. Would recommend.

Friendly staff, service with a smile, so it's nice to see them enjoying themselves at work. Good selection of beers and reasonably priced. Good atmosphere, too. Haven't tried the food but always smell and looks good. Can be busy, especially early evenings, so it's probably best to make a reservation.

I enjoyed my visit to Pipe Major. Food was lovely, got a cavary. The food was hot and all tasted fresh. Also got a waffle, normally comes with ice cream but was nice of them to swape it with custard as not a fan of ice cream and did'nt want it to go to waste. Great value for money as well. Staff were very nice to use. It was clean and tidy and the staff had a laugh with us. I got a Captin Morgan and coke for £7.50, which was a little out of my budget but their soft drinks are at a good price. Great parking spaces and a outside area for kids to play. Overall a good experience.

Excellent customer service, my first time here even though its close to where I live. I'm big on service first, so that's a 5 star for me, food came earlier than I was told as well. I enjoyed the mixed grill I ordered. Would be returning soon.

Came for a meal with my partner & watched some great entertainment while there. Singing Elvis impersonator. He was a lovely guy. Hope to see him there again.
Food & staff were both amazing. Would definitely recommend it to people.

Food was great, though there was quite a long wait for it, the bar staff were run off their feet, and so were the serving staff. When I remarked on this (I was quite surprised, the car park didn’t seem busy so most must have been walk-ins) the waitress laughed and said this was nothing! I would hate to visit on a day when she considered it ‘busy’!

What a pleasant surprise. I took my elderly mum for a meal and we had a great time. The pub was spotlessly clean,the food was cooked perfectly......and the staff were fantastic,friendly and very courteous. I genuinely can not wait to go back.

Lovely pub lovely atmosphere came in for carvery meat was grizzly and veg was hard other than that was a blast. Service was brilliant. Staff was very attentive and very there when needed. Would love katie as our waitress again.

Always a nice atmosphere at the Pipe Major and very close to Dagenham East Station if you don't want to drive.
We weren't rushed off our table so very relaxed for our girly catch up. Staff are always polite and friendly.
Food is good and the size of the cake portions are huge which is good if you have a sweet tooth like me.
I also enjoy their weekly quiz nights which I attend ed a couple of times a year .
Will defo be back again- been about 15 times.
