For breakfast this wasn’t a bad shout. It got busier as the morning went on. Kids under 16 eat free and unlimited breakfast was ok. At times you had to wait a few minutes before the food came out as demand was higher than supply but at least it was hot. Latte was good. felt clean and would go back for breakfast!

Where else can you go to get unlimited breakfast, coffee, juices with ample choices for a tenner? Easily pay more than that for a set breakfast in a decent cafe. Rachael is lovely and very tentative!

Great service. I was let down on my birthday by a previous restaurant that had kitchen troubles. I rang this restaurant and spoke to Rachel. She was very friendly and helpful and squeezed us in at last minute for dining. The service was quick and efficient and they even lit a birthday cake for me! I thank the staff very much for a great evening!

Last time we arrived here we had a booking that the management ended up messing that up so we had to go somewhere else to eat a year ago. Finally, this time they didn't get it wrong and we were able to go to our family reunion meal out for 10 people.
The service was fast for us considering how many people on our table. Food tasted great, I had the Classic Cheeseburger and an Appletiser drink.
Polite and funny stuff and they knew what they are doing.
The chairs feel comfortable enough too, to sit on for a good few hours. Clean tables. Spacious place with plenty of tables.
3 hours free customer parking, just need type your REG in on their screen once you get into the restaurant entrance.

Surprisingly good. 25 of us turned up for a family birthday meal . All food came out on time nothing went back all food hot and freshly Buffet cooked, roast carvery was good to ,and no issues at all. Staff all worked hard to please.
Here’s my gripe, food here is roughly £10 a meal, so how comes restaurants cooking the same stuff at £30 /£40 £50 a head can’t get things right even if your only a table of 4. Well done to this restaurant

I had a very lovely lunch with my girlfriend , very good prices for london, there is 3 hours free of charge for parking but you have to register you vehicle on the bar. The melting brie and smoky chicken are very nice. Also good meniu for kids. Clean toilets and friendly stuff . i recommend

Nipped in with my 9 year old as was stopping at next doors premier inn, I ordered the garlic mushrooms and dirty fries (did want the seaside spuds but was sold out) my 9 year old had flatbread and pasta and pancakes for dessert, everything came out at the same time which was fab and was hot but I have to mention millie our waitress who was absolutely brilliant, always smiling and went out of her way to help excellent customer service!!!! Will be returning if down this way again 😃

Great place for a lunchtime stop. It was not that busy so we were able to get a table straight away. Plenty of free parking as it is linked with the Premier Inn next door.

Would like to say a big thank you to Andrea and all the team. Over the last few months they help organise our staff Christmas party for 50 people.
The food was hot,fresh and well worth the festive menu money. They went the extra mile for desserts and got the food out hot and on time.
We all had a great night and can not complain. Would recommend and would return again. Can't thank you enough. X
The only thing that has nothing to do with the staff or service is the new parking. You get 3 hours free and then you pay £5 for 2 extra hours. We found this a little extortionate as we had paid a lot of money on the food and drinks all night. Maybe the company could have an exception if guest are still dining? This was the only reason we all left.

We booked a table for tonight (27th feb) as a celebration for my twin daughters birthday. The starters came out quite quick but only half came out. We waited another 20 mins before the rest of the starters came out. We then had to wait another 45 mins before receiving our mains and that was only after we complained. The restaurant was not busy which would have explained the delays. And other customers were coming in and getting their food before us. When dinner did turn up it was awful. Reheated food is not what we ordered. My daughters were so hungry at this point they didn't care what the food was like, the adults on the other hand didn't finish a meal. Again we complained to the manager who didn't seem to want to listen. She couldn't deal with our problem at all. And after what seemed like hours she came back to inform us she had to call another manager to ask them what to do! We asked for the birthday cake to be returned to us and told the girls we would do the cake at home....I hate to think how long we would have waited for that to come out...probably be sorting there now! The waitress who brought the cake back to us was more concerned that she hasn't seen the cake than the fact we were all annoyed. The manger refunded us some of the food costs but by that point there was no turning the girls night around. What should have been a nice evening celebrating their birthday turned into a disaster. And that's not even mentioning that a member of our party left the restaurant feeling very sick.

Firstly Ide just like to point out that I've never had a bad food experience in here and the staff waiting tables (especially Pam) are luvly. I came in yesterday with 3 other ladies for a birthday treat, we saw 3 cocktails on the menu to choose from so decided to have a treat, we asked what was in the Havana cocktail and after shuffling through many layers of paperwork the young girl said 'oh no sorry can t do that one as we don't have all the ingredients' so we said we would have the Absolute cocktail but after even longer than last times shuffling of paperwork we were told 'sorry but I can't find the ingredients list for that one' so we said oh well we'll just have the strawberry daiquiri cocktails instead then which she said she knew how to do (Bacardi and slush puppie lol) but after putting the Bacardi into the glasses she turns round to discover only the tropical flavour of the slush machine had been switched on and not the strawberry side! People were queuing behind us asking for more staff (to which they were told no) and we were left apologising to people! We ended up ordering a couple of bottles of Prosecco as we couldn't wait to just get away from the bar. The ordering of just our drinks took 20 minutes to do and resulted in us not ordering our food at that time as we were embarrassed to hold people behind us up any longer! As I said the food was luvly and always is but this is not my 1st bad experience at this bar area as the staff ALWAYS seem like they would rather be somewhere else, are abrupt and rude. Not a nice experience and not the 1st time either!

Went here this weekend and service was good and food came out quick. Food was nice apart from my fellas dads sausage was a bit raw but otherwise all good. Nice atmosphere and staff were lovely.

The place is hurrendous portions where child size at best. The foods of a very poor quality plates where not cleared and left whilst we where having desert. Toilets where in a right mess I better not be discriptive!

Been here twice as staying next door at the Premier Inn to work in the area . They really need to sort the bar out ! Never enough staff and people queuing at each till to order food . Waited behind people ordering multiple food and I only wanted a drink ! 20 mins later I got my G&T . Not a bar at all ! Needs to sort out designated food ordering till/tills ! Food when I did order it later was ok , but a 45 mins wait for a chicken salad ! Only visit this place if you have too !

Had a 7.30pm booking arrived on time ordered our meal paid for it and sat down at our table.starter came up after finishing it went to bar to get some drinks was there that long the main meal was served my partner had nearly finished hers by the time I got back with our drinks.you had to join a line of people who had to order there meals rather than have just a bar person solely to serve people with drinks.so there was a line of people who were getting rather annoyed.on speaking to a few regulars there they said it has been going down hill for some time.we use premiere inns on a regular basis and this has been the only one that has let them down.will not be returning there

Avoid!!!!! Shambles from start to end. Basically food was either cold, frozen and all late. Had a trainee waiter for a table of 10 and the manager thought that'd be ok. In the restaurant for over 3 hours with two irritable children who were very hungry. There food was also late. Manager had an attitude. Never returning!!!

Got serverd a rotting chicken on 3/7/18 it was disgusting, i called the lady over as it made me feel sick., the actual chef had turned the chicken upside down on my plate and then smothered the bottom end that was facing me in barbecue sauce so i wouldn't notice it, i turned the chicken up the right way to see it was rotting, had green bits and pink bits all over it. I have complained and been fobbed of with a £10 voucher which i will not be accepting. Some one should hane contacted me last week as i have escalated my complaint but they just ignore your emails. I have now been forced on my mum's behalf to write a formal complaint to head office. The Dagenham brewers fayre has certainly let the standards of cleanliness slip as there was loads of flies in there too. Had to keep on changing tables to avoid the flies and they do not care what rotten food they serve theyre customers.BE CAREFUL PEOPLE.

We arrived ordered our food starters were brought up after approx 30 minutes, we were still waiting for our mains after an over an hour one of our party went to enquire where our food was to be told it would be with us within 10 minutes. 20 minutes later we asked for a refund as there was still no sign of our food. Refund was given straight away. Which makes me wonder had they even started cooking it, bearing in mind we had a five and two year old with us and all we had eaten was a sharing potato dippers, we were all starving hungry. What a huge let down . Wiki be notifying head office.

Been meaning to check the place since it opened.<br/><br/>I had chicken with bacon cheese and fries my meal was decent. My partner had fish and chips with tartare sauce she enjoyed her meal.<br/><br/>My 3year old son had bacon and mushroom pizza with garlic bread and chips his pizza was awful he loves his food but left it half way through we tried it and honestly it wasnt nice.<br/><br/>My 3year old daughter had cod bites with mushy peas and fries she loved her food<br/><br/>We went for to bottomless soft drinks and 2 juices total bill 25gbp which wasnt bad at all.<br/><br/>Service was very friendly and atmosphere <br/>nice the place looked nice not typical ugly pub<br/><br/>Verdict would go again but would avoid pizza at all cost
