They have the nicest staff that work here!
I wish I saw the name of the lady who served me on drive through today. Super smiley and super polite :)
Staff are really friendly and helpful. Always make a point of speaking to my toddler. They also go out of their way to give her something like a balloon or a flag.
The place is very clean. Staff constantly walk around wiping down tables and surfaces.
Food arrives promptly. Never a long wait when inside.
It's got so much better . A year a go was so bad orders all ways wrong . But now first class very happy I don't know if its new management but it's so much better now .
Travis and mashood did a wonderful job with me and my kids food and their customer service is always wonderful every time we come always smiling and always gives their 100% and at the end they told me to have a wonderful day .
Best mc Donald’s I’ve used in a while. Staff were kind and friendly and super helpful. Things that make me drive to a drive through is all met at this location
We ate in the car, they told everyone who came drive through but brought the food to the car! Which was good enough and too long after we bought the food, it was a breakfast and also around 10:30 am it was starting to get busy
The lady who works the drive through weekday mornings is so polite and positive. I used to use Costa daily but now I go here most mornings for my coffee. Outstanding customer service. The coffee is very nice
Always good. Staff just need to help you get a better deal. Sometimes they just stand there where they can help and advise you get some top offers or so. They need to look at your order and without being pushy ask 'did you want a hot drink with that' or do you need fries with the burger' or do you want a desert with your entire meal. Sometimes we forget but a suttle reminder really helps rather us having to queue up again. Overall good in a departments.
It's McDonald's so typical stuff. Their toilets are really dirty though and not clean most of the times I go
Staff really polite and friendly. Nice and clean restaurant.
Although the restaurant wasn't huge, they had a system in place that made sure the right order went to the right car. As soon as I placed my order, they noted down my car's registration number so they could deliver the correct food. Even though they weren't as fast as I had hoped, the food was hot and well-presented when it arrived.
Friendly staff & food much better than when you get a home delivery & they don't miss items off unlike when you have it delivered
