Worst KFC in the country that I've visited. They give you stale, completely squashed buns/rolls (see photo) and the smallest chicken pieces. Seems to be scammers.
Also, they seem to be always short staffed now so, they always makes everyone in the drive through wait without exception. It's is a misdescription to say it's got a drive through as all food is delivered in the car park.

This KFC is probably worst KFC in the UK. Every single client is unhappy here, the orders take forever, the self service machines do not have paper receipts and half of them don't work. If you order through the drive thru be prepared to wait a very long time. They certainly need more staff here, the poor staff get abusive on a daily basis and it's clearly not their fault that they do not have enough staff.

They have 5 stars hygiene from the council. It has to be a joke. We order some boneless bucket from them but the taste was horrible! Not even our cat wanted to eat it.The oil in the fryer wasn’t change for at least 3 months

Whilst the food quality is consistent with other KFCs I have been to, the quality of the service is what brings it down. Me and a friend visited during a rainy day (so not many customers would order at the front or via drive through) and unfortunately are orders arrived after waiting over 10 minutes. Worst part was that some of the items were missing in one of the orders (lettuce and tomato). What this chain suffers (from my point of view) would be lack of management and potentially lack of training.
In conclusion, don't order from here unless you're willing to wait a while for mediocre food that potentially will have missing items

Has to be the worst ran KFC branch in the country. Staff are absolutely useless and always have the wait ages for your order. Self order machines never work . Staff always having their own side conversations instead of focusing the job. Going by how messy the front always is, I can only imagine how unclean the kitchen it

Awful. First time I checked my order before to leave the restaurant, and they give me 1 bag of fries instead the menu I ordered. After they gave me my order I found out at home that the potato and chicken breast was rough, and they asked me if I want spicy or normal and after I choose normal they gave me spicy. I love tower burger but would not buy here anymore

Waited tooo long to give a bad review because i thought it will get better. But no. Stopped going in because staff. Last drop was last night when ordering through just eat. Half of the order was wrong. I don't know if plain stupid and cannot follow instructions, or just don't care. Who's having chips with mash?? On the second order beans instead of coleslow... It wasn't my first wrong order but i can tell you it's the last

Meant to to be fast food, 50 mins to get a drive through takeaway, once received, the order was wrong, it was missing the wings and pop corn chicken, at this point asking for a refund would have been like asking them to make the order again and wait for another 50min. Shocking communication, manager was hiding at the back. The worst thing is when the food did come out it was extremely cold, soggy Chips, the meat patty was the size of two chicken nuggets from MacDonald's being put together in a soggy bun. This is not a KFC they have the banner up but it is using cheap substitute chicken, nothing like the other branches. The only thing the got right was the cherry coke, hence the 1 star. Never again this place is disgusting avoid at all costs.

We just got two Alabama cheese box meal's with hot wings we asked for breast meat in both meals and got both leg meat with no fries either the chicken in the burger was disgusting it was purly like chewing on a rubber and was smotherd in mustard. We waited ages for the meal and tbh a poor rushed service. Money not well spent at all.... we got all the way home to find this out .....

Thanks for the burger with a bite missing and then claiming it being impossible! What was impossible is that when the bill came to under £50 you said we’d given you£49- IN NOTES! That’s impossible!

What the hell!!! We got served the wrong food, then cold food twice. I complain and they tell me theyre gonna microwave it. Do your staff have any clue. You cant reheat bacon, and why the the hell would i want you to microwave it. Finally get to sit down to find frozen yes thats tight frozen chips on my tray. What a joke. Disgusting behaviour and a filthy restaurant, restaurant is a loosely used word.
