Don’t be fooled by the modest entrance, the restaurant tables on the back have an amazing atmosphere. Make sure you have a reservation though, although we were promptly seated without one, I could see it was a lucky shot. The service was flawless, everyone was very kind and helpful. Overall the food was good, but the Arancini was spectacular; I have to add, the sole reason for the food 5th ⭐️

A varied, mouthwatering menu. We each had risotto - seafood risotto and one with king prawns and a creamy sauce. Each one was delicious.
We were able to take our time and enjoy the ambience.

We decided on a last minute meal out as we were child free for a change and made a booking at The Cavaliere.
It was very busy but thankfully I'd booked us a table and we were seated promptly, although it took a wee while to get our menus.
However once we made our orders our food was delivered quickly! I had the antipasti plate and it was huge! Everything was very fresh and delicious, although I think it could have been a sharer as a starter, my partner had the prawn cocktail.
For mains I had spicy prawns in a tomato chilli sauce with a lemon risotto which was lovely, although a little too much sauce, my partner had the veal with truffle mash and demi Glacé, which had to have a taste of, it was wonderful. It was a little too large a portion for her but they were very accommodating and got us a wee tub to take leftovers home in.
The price was a little more than I had expected but understandable for the quality of produce I suppose.
Very friendly staff and delicious food, we will be back again.
Very busy during weekend dinner, but worthy the waiting. Most people order the authentic Sichuan spicy dishes. I ordered several seafood dishes, very satisfied.
Perfect! I booked a table for 14 kind of at the last minute and was accommodated without fuss. It was a family get together. Four generations of Gallaghers plus close friends. We had the best time catching up with each other amidst much laughter and carry on.
Love the new decor. A huge difference from the rustic old Italian style of yesteryears. The service was impeccable as always. Glad that hasn’t changed.
The food was incredibly delicious and the drinks wonderfully refreshing. Everyone was impressed with their selections and it’s the only time I’ve heard us all quiet so that definitely says something. LoL!

I like this restaurant a lot. Its service is excellent. The dining atmosphere is so great. With the nice music, it is simply enjoyable to dine here. The food is great, especially the steak.

I can't recommend the Cavaliere highly enough. The food was delicious, a great menu with plenty of options for everyone. Just towards the end of our evening one of my friends became unwell and went outside to get some fresh air and collapsed. Immediately the staff came to our assistance. They were so attentive, concerned and kind, bringing water and blankets, phoning for an ambulance. Thank you so much to Gemma and all her team. You are all stars. 🙏❤️
