Would like to thank Chloe and Carol for their help today at Tea Time. Myself and my friend called in with a large order for my Grand daughters food as she and her college friends were in a show at the Hippodrome tonight, so we called in and asked them to make to order up and put the names of the people on the bags so help with distributing. Despite it being the time schools kicked out Chloe was so helpful and went the extra mile to help. Carol also helped out by carrying the food to the car for us too. Thank you to the team as well. We couldn't have done it without all of you. Janet and Sharon

Took my granddaughters for a treat ... pfft what a disaster. The machine gave no receipt. The food was cold the fries had some awful black stuff in the box. Looks like dirty frying oil or remnants from a poorly cleaned chip fryer. Never again... its not how I remember mc Ds. There must have been at least 12 staff in the kitchen and not one could make a warm meal very poor.....

You have to wait at this location for 30 delivery orders before they even get to restaurant orders. When you do get your order after 20 minutes, you get wrong orders and at times even empty sandwiches where you quite literally just get the buns makes this a sour experience. Always check your orders if you go here, it is not rude. the experience is further ruined by overcrowding at busy times and rude delivery 'boys' yelling in foreign languages.

Horrible place to work, you get bullied if you don’t fit in. The place gets treated as a playground and people make fun of you and gossip about you. Only a handful are genuinely nice people but the rest are toxic people who thrive on kicking down others because they are disappointed with their lives. People are scared to express themselves because they know they’ll be made fun of. They do not bring the best out of you, they’ll bring out the worst in you.

Morton Park Mcdonalds is the best one in Darlington and if your not happy with any issue just ask! You're better of eating in to ensure you receive the hottest fast food possible as uber, deliveroo and just eat take their time to deliver, as the food is designed to be eaten steaight away. Remember to order via the app so we get heads up of what orders we expect from the customer.
