Papa John's Pizza

OMG!!!! This was the best pizza I have had in years. Just the right amount of sauce and cheese. Even the employees were friendly when I called in with questions about online ordering. Who ever made my pizza, please please never leave. Wow I can not believe how good this was. My man even was saying how good this pizza was. The lady that delivered my pizza was so nice. Thank you Papa Johns for such a tasty pizza and awesome employees.

So this rating is for the store NOT the pizza. I love Papa Johns Pizza, just not the service from this location. I placed my order a little after 4. Delivery was to be made by 5, give or take. After I placed the order I looked at the pizza tracker, said making. 10 minutes later, making. 20 minutes later, still said making. Not a big deal, maybe something was wrong with it. 5 o'clock came and went, no pizza. So at 15 after 5 I called the store. I was on hold for 10 minutes no answer. Hung up, called again, on hold for another 10 minutes, still no answer. So I decided to load my 2 and 3 yr old up and go to the store. It's only 5 minutes away. Got there expecting them to be super busy, nope. There was only one person working inside, that I saw. So i asked her about my order, and what do you know, it was on it's way to my house, go figure. I told her I called twice and was on hold for 10 minutes both times and she said something about the screen being full of orders so the phone wont ring. Ok gotcha but, she was on a phone when I was there. Now I'm not sure if it was her personal phone or not. Anyways, she said she would call the drive and have them wait, cause I would be right there. When I was half way home driver calls me saying she was at my house, I'll be there in 5 i told her, but it was more like 3. Well she didn't want to wait. She had another delivery across town and didn't want the food to get cold. Well I got that, but maybe if someone had answered the phone, I would have never left my house in the first place. It was an hour, 1 hour, after my estimated delivery time. I have never had that happen before. 15, 20 minutes maybe, but never an hour. I will not be ordering from that store again.

I ordered a pizza and was told it would be there within the hour. I am pretty patient, so I didn't call the store until around 2 hours after (this isn't the first, second, or third time this has happened). When I finally called, I was put on hold for 30 minutes. I was immediately told to hold for just a minute so he could find the manager. I then sat on hold for 45 minutes. I literally sat my phone down and watched tv while listening to their advertisements the entire time out of principle. Finally someone picked up around an hour after; apparently their facility is massive.. it took an hour to find a manager. Oh but wait, it wasn't the manager.. it was a completely different guy who didn't know why I was on the phone. I am guessing the next guy on shift saw me waiting and answered, not knowing why I was on the line. He promptly told me when my order would be delivered, almost 4 hours after I ordered. He then told me my next order would be free. This was two weeks ago. Today I go online like normal to make my order (I dont even care about the free pizza, I just wanted to buy one and have it arrive on time), but they have removed my address from delivery. So now I am sitting on hold with the store for over 40 minutes without even speaking to a single person. I plan to sit on hold to get my free pizza delivered to me like promised, even though I have already ordered food elsewhere. This isn't about a free pizza, this is about the fact that I have ordered from your establishment MANY times over the years and I simply don't appreciate being treated this way. I don't want special treatment, I want to order a pizza and have it delivered on time. I enjoy Papa John's, this is just ridiculous. I hope this finds the right person to make this problem not happen again for anyone else.

If I could give 0 stars I would for sure. I placed a big order for a work event back on April 19th. Placed it online, scheduled a delivery time. It came and went no food. So our training class at our store had to have a late lunch. No one called to ask if we would prefer to come pick it up since they were so behind. I called several times only to be told its on the way, its on the way. I asked to speak to the store manager, advising the situation was unacceptable and was told she was going to write down that our next order would be half off for such the inconvenience of having to wait close to 2 hours past delivery time. I call back to place another large order today, shame on me I guess. Only to be told they wont honor the promise made before because I didn't write down the Manager's Name and "They don't do that for people" Very disappointing, we just ordered from pizza hut instead

Ordered online at 6:42pm. Estimated ready time was 14-24 minutes. Walked in at 7:06pm. Was told it wasn't quite ready. Looked at the screen and saw I was order 35 and there was the word "bumped" beside my order. I waited 10 minutes and then asked if I could get my some from church and come right back. He said yes. Walked back in at 7:33pm. Man didn't even remember my order. He finally finds it and tells me it was skipped and never made. I spent almost $50 on this order. Filled out survey that was emailed to me and requested to be contacted but still haven't talked to anyone.

I get it. It's pizza. It's Papa John's. The bar is already set low so I didn't expect much. Unfortunately, the final result here was pretty bad. The order was simple, 3 cheese pizzas and plain bread sticks. What can I say? Kids are very picky eaters. I ordered it online so that every detail was confirmed. I live less than 5 minutes from this location. My order arrived one hour and sixteen minutes later. The delivery person was very nice but the order was a huge disappointment. Under-cooked bread sticks and pizza that was not properly sliced. The single topping (cheese) was also pretty much a solid mass and slid off of the pizza as soon as a slice was picked up. About half the order went into the trash.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Me and my family placed and order online at 7:42 followed all the steps and was given a confirmation that our pizza would be here within 28 to 38 minutes. Time goes more the 38 minutes have went by so I called and the first time the lady who answered the phone hung up on me while I was talking after holding for 10 minutes before getting someone on the phone so I called back and this time was able to talk so she then tells me did I place my order online (yes) ok it would be a 3 hour back up because they were waiting on the delivery person did it not tell me that no it didn't it told me 28 to 38 minutes and she says she doesn't know why but mind you I've ordered online before on a Friday night and the time it gave me was the time that delivery driver showed up. So 2 or 3 hours pass my phone rings the guy is asking yeah do you stay on Cedar creek no I do not I gave you my address he continues to say well it took me somewhere else ok first off no it didn't I run the mail route so your gps did not turn you left instead of right to go to an entirely different road name so he says well I have one headlight do you see me etc ok he pulls in the yard we're waiting for him to get out 2 or 3 minutes pass he starts to blow the horn instead of getting out of his car we have to walk outside to get the pizza Now if we had wanted to do that much we could've done carryout. Then we get to the car he not only has clothes everywhere but a woman (not in uniform) in the car with him. I don't know what Darlington Papa John's has going on but I will not be ordering from them again and will be contacting management.

First of I'll I do not appreciate being on hold for more than 30th minutes and counting is poor customer service. Second I ordered buffalo wings and got BBQ, but in order for me to tell them I get to listen to you hold advertisement for now 45 minutes is horrible I will never buy anything from this establishment again........
