Service needs work keosk wouldn't work then employees couldn't order right because register wasn't working correctly

Pretty good overall except the one time I ordered a mcChicken and instead of having chicken it had a beef patty inside.

Under staffed. They are trucker friendly willing to serve me at the drive up window. A true example of doing the best you can with what you have ! Very appreciated. Thank you. Hopefully you could retrain the Egerton McNasties..🤣

Not sure what the problem is with the employees but they apparently don't understand when they are told we would like HOT FRESH fries. Every time we get the coldest hard dried out fries! I've complained several times and get absolutely no where. This has been going on for quite sometime. Too bad Darlington can't get a culver's or chick-fil-a. Mcdonald's would be done really quick their service sucks!!!!!!

Went through the drive-thru. The person was friendly. Our order was hot and accurate. Shehappily gave me extra napkins for my mom to wrap around her frappe' cup to keep her hands warm.

I admire this spot! They give tasty meals, they have a rich menu, The chief cook in that spot is a professional, I like a lot trying all their dishes. The food is always good, the attitude towards the customers is helpful. I often eat in this place and I not even once was discontended. I highly recommend it.

We had a terrible long wait for our food last night in Darlington Wi. They must have been short handed, we must have waited close to a half hour for 4 meals, the line wasn't long when we got there, I think we were 4th in line, but the line continued to grow really bad, wosrt experience ever

This McDonalds was pretty amazing. Extremely friendly worker at the counter. The food was hot and fresh! Everyone was masked.
