We always pop in on family walks and picnic days. Carrot cakes and brownies are our favourite, and coffee tastes good.

Pretty good cafe, the cakes they have are really good. The pre-packed sandwiches etc are just the same as a supermarket but more expensive. The coffee is decent, they also have plenty of ice lollies etc for sunny days.

Lovely little spot. Friendly staff and good coffee. Pro tip 1: didn't see a card machine so may be cash only. Pro tip 2: the outside seating is in the shade first thing until the sun has swung around (I'd guess around 10am, or so)...

Fab place to meet up with a friend and their dogs, coffee was lovely, blueberry muffin was too, although a bit on the pricey side for quite a small muffin, Lots of seating options, we went for the picnic table type that was bolted to the ground - ideal for us so we could secure our dogs to the table while one of us got coffee or went to the toilet Lovely park to walk around There are signs in quite a few places saying keep dogs on leads - it's a shame not everyone does especially with the amount of birds/wildlife & other people wanting to enjoy the park

I love popping in here when I’m with the kids. A great little cafe with a small but perfectly adequate choice of food, drinks and snacks. Opening hours are better than they have been with previous owners and food quality is decent.

After picking up a few bits of shopping we called at South Park for a walk round, as the café was open we called in for a cuppa and sandwich, couldn't complain 2 packs of sandwiches 2 coffees for just over £10, can't go wrong. Place is open each day other than 25th 26th &27th of December until 3pm.

Had to queue, was disappointed no toasties but had sausage bun and a cheese scone that was light a d fluffy with a cup of tea. Its nice to see it open again. Could do with better ice cream as they seemed to be struggling with the machine.

I love this cafe staff are always so friendly and helpful. Food is freshly prepared and good quality with prices that don't make your eyes water. To add to its charm it allows me to take my dogs in, especially when you see tha size of mine lol, so I can pop in on a walk to grab coffee and a tasty morsel, well worth a visit

There is a reasonable choice of cakes and sandwiches at competitive prices. The service is good and it's a nice place to go for a cuppa after a relaxing walk round the park.
