Excellent service from the serving staff. Megan behind the bar was lovely. She was very attentive and polite. Chris the gent serving the food was amazing. Chatty and very pleasant went out of his way to ensure a fantastic visit.
The food looked and tasted delicious, the staff were extremely polite and professional and very very friendly. We were lucky enough to have belle as our server today, such a lovely young lady thank you for your help today and for making our visit so enjoyable.
Ended up at The Darrington quite by accident. The service was friendly and helpful. We had the Chicken wrap and a side salad. It was delicious.
Jackie on the hotel reception was really welcoming, friendly and kind. And Karen in the restaurant was equally as friendly and considerate. I was on crutches and she made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Great service decent hotel and very budget friendly. Would defo stay again 😁
Jackie on the hotel reception was amazing. I happened to twist knee playing badminton a few days after booking a room at the Darrington. Went to the childrens halloween party and movie night ,my daughter had a brilliant time, Molly was amazing went above and beyond to entertain the children ,all the staff are great ,food was lovely as always ,its are favourite place to go out for a nice meal and chill after work x
What can I say... this is our favourite place to dine out, we come here all the time. The whole team of staff are so nice and the kitchen team are very accommodating with my picky eater daughter
Food was great today we ate of the new menu advised to us by the manager who was very kind and told us all about it. We had Gravy Burgers and they were amazing!! Honestly one of the best places I go to regularly, they have excellent service and they handle my picky eating food orders. Staff are lovely to talk to, friendly and understanding
V. Nice, had chicken skewers and chips, chips were very nice, no "bad" ones, and the chicken skewers were nice and *crisp*. The actual wooden skewers were 7/10, could be blistery, didn't want to risk it.
We went to the restaurant for lunch. Very reasonable prices and nice food. Staff were lovely too. We didn’t stay in the hotel itself.
Meal was tiptop. Someone knows how to cook. To top that the staff are so pleasant. Been to several Hungry Horse Pubs to eat and only one other as good as this.
