Brilliant Riverside pub! Large beer garden with plenty of space. Fantastic menu with a wide range of dishes. Even without a reservation food was brought out well before the 45 minutes I was advised. Cannot fault the service. Dog friendly, children friendly. They also have access to the river Darent
Lovely atmosphere with separate restaurant , open garden to eat and drink. Child friendly as there is a play area and chickens on site. Friendly service and the food was filling and delicious.
Nice food, with massive portions of Sunday roast, at reasonable prices. Parking was a little tight at the front, there were a few easily accessed spaces in the additonal parking area. There is a large children's play area, which kept the kids happy whilst waiting for their meal. Service was also go
Went there on my birthday with my family. Absolutely a lovely couple of hours. Staff are polite and attentive but not overwhelming.I love the parsnips but a bit disappointed you had to pay extra as a side dish, the food was excellent though
Nice looking pub. Tho a little bland looking inside the garden is lovely with lots of seating and kids play area. There is also lots of parking spaces too. The staff are really friendly. We was going to eat but there was a long wait so decided against it.
Wonderful food and staff! Best pie I've had in nearly 40 years and the apple & pear crumble was divine. Onion rings are heavenly too! Our waitress Melissa was lovely, as were the rest of the staff. Will be back soon
Despite being totally packed out and late in the afternoon they still managed to serve beautiful roast dinners with 6 different freshly cooked vegetables. Beer was good too ! Book if you want a seat to eat I think the secrets out about how good this place is !!!
This place was always very good for a Sunday roast and this did not disappoint at not being able to get there due to covid19 however the normal excellent service wasn't there, don't know if it was the kitchen couldn't cope of they were just understaffed. However I'm sure the management will pull it
We've been twice in the last few months, for Sunday roasts. Excellent food, good beer, really nice location and atmosphere, friendly staff. Can't fault it.
Went here today with my family and two dogs. One of my dogs has a little sign on his lead asking for space. The staff here could not have been kinder and more helpful. Straight away I was asked if I wanted to move our table to a quieter spot for him. I personally think this is going above and beyond
Great place if you have a young family. Good service and plenty of parking. Good playground for the kiddies.
