The Sausage Man

I placed a relatively small order for a mix of authentic 'Christmas Market' sausages to cook over the festive period. This company is by far the best service we've ever had ordering fresh produce. We placed the order on Monday, it was packaged and sent yesterday afternoon. We received it today. We had emails throughout every step of the process. The packaging, contents and labelling within are superb. The contents were well protected and still frozen. We would recommend this company everyday of the week and twice on Sundays.

O have just picked up my first order from the sausage man and even though I haven't tried anything yet I think it will be nice as it looks nice and very well packaged and presented also when I went to pick up my order I couldn't belive how polite and helpfull the staff was and I even got a free hot chocolate

Ordered meat and vegan items.Vegan bundle came with loads of huge jars of red cabbage etc .The vegan items I tried so far are delicious. My German mum would have approved The meat brats are for my boyfriend for Xmas so you will have to wait for his opinion! 👍 Items arrived beautifully packed and still frozen rock hard. The cream cake box is happily thawing in my fridge and the cakes look fantastic.Can't wait to eat one..

The Best Delivery Service I have Ever Had I placed a large order for a party i was having so could only have the food 24 hours prior (no room in fridge) The food arrived perfectly frozen on time and in full. The DHL team communicated perfectly and provide a very good service also - I will provide further update on the taste ! but I'm sure it will be good

I placed a large order in July for delivery in October, I thought they would reject it given the time period, but no they told me all would be fine. During this period, I amended the order a couple of times and made a few calls to them. Lisa promised me a call back when something came into stock so I could add it to my order and she did call me, awesome. Shout out to Mirella as well. Roll forward to October, everything delivered on time and in perfect condition. Had our party the sausages were great especially the Volkswagon ones and the pork knuckles delightful. I can't rate this company highly enough. I will continue to use them as the food is very high quality and the service is simply brilliant. Well done team and thank you.

A quick business trip to HRC Excel and I found what I have been searching for for years!!! Every Xmas I have to get a hot dog from the Xmas market. After the event finishes I hunt for that snappy sausage and have failed. On Monday I was at the HRC expo on business when I came across this stand. I had a quick chat to the guy and as soon as he said his company supplies the sausages for the Xmas market I was shocked. I had a taster and I was so happy!!! Quick trip back home and looked into what I could do with the sausage for my business. I put. And all order through as a standard customer . The package came still frozen. Very fast dispatch. Friendly service. Highly recommend thank you for attending HRC if you wasn't there I would be still searching that snappy sausage!!

My recent dealings with sausageman. Great company, very easy to deal with, no problems when i had an issue (even though it wasn’t their fault) and a great selection of products. Now the issue, i ordered a selection of sausages and schnitzel which came to £26. Delivery was £7 (around 25% of the order) i have no issue with the cost, everything was packaged fantastically and sent on time (even got to pick my delivery day which was great although it didn’t turn up!) but for the cost of delivery i do expect it next day. By the looks of other reviews DHL are letting you down far too often. I wasn’t contacted by them (DHL) at all during both deliveries to give any idea on progress etc. I contacted them direct regarding the whereabouts of the first shipment, I’m still waiting for a reply now 3 days later! When the first order did turn up everything was defrosted and at a temperature I wasn’t happy with. This was unacceptable as I intended to store the food in the freezer for a party in a few weeks time. At least 2 of the products i received stated on the packaging ‘once thawed do not refreeze’ so that wasn’t an option. Fortunately though sausageman were very professional in how they handled the situation, chasing DHL for me then ultimately replacing the order, which did turn up on time and frozen 👍🏼 I will be purchasing from you guys again, as your produce is great, i just hope the delivery issues are sorted. The quality of the food is amazing. All delivered frozen in bomb-proof chilled packing. Everything is simple to cook with full instructions on the website. Also have some fabtastic German alcholic drinks. They've recently improved the packing & enclose more instructions on preparing the food in the box. Customer Service is First Class.
