Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I have not been here in awhile - and came tonight after well over a year… I wanna say pre Covid. I wonder if they got hit harder than I realized “, which is why I hate to leave a bad review. The menu was cut in half , they used to have a much wider selection. The actual food we ordered was pretty bad. The tour of Italy has lost its luster… I would rather do a tour of Afghanistan then have it again. The chicken Marsala …. It was sooooo bad, like actually inedible. The staff was friendly and nice - and they kept the beers coming. I really hope they pull out of this slump… I’m not ready to give up on them yet !

My companion and I entered Olive Garden with enthusiasm of having a nice atmosphere and a great lunch. The hostess walked up to us with a face as if fed up with her job. That took me by surprise! I loved the Olive Garden in Indiana, fantastic personalities! She said 2? I was so taken back by her lack of personality that I forgot to ask for a booth. We followed her, I said oh could we have a booth. She had the NERVE to say the next time you might want to say that before hand!? Seriously are you my mother? NO THE NEXT TIME SHE MAY WANT TO SAY WOULD YOU LIKE A BOOTH OR A TABLE!! I managed a restaurant 22 yrs and always asked!! Following the waitress said be right with you to get your drinks, we waited waited .She took another order we left. Thank you Olive Garden!

Tonight I was served my Miss Dionne. Her positive and bright attitude definitely made my day better. I was also in a rush and she made sure to serve us promptly and she was highly attentive. She laughed and joked with us and may have even shed a tear. She was working feverishly and never missed a detail. 5 stars only for Miss Dionne. I hope the 25% tip was enough!

Just left this location. Food was pretty good, server was very nice. The wife from the table next to us went missing. Instead of looking for himself, the husband asked our waitress where his wife was so she went on the search. Come to find out she blew apart the woman's room with a massive diarrhea attack. She was found safe washing her hands and was unharmed from any splash back. I don't know what was more bizarre, the table next to us, my son making horsey sounds, or my daughter fake farting on my arm. I should write a book!!

Recently moved and had never been to this location before. My previous location in Plymouth was absolutely AMAZING and I was nervous that wasn’t typical. Well I am not sure about other negative reviews about service but Jazzmine (Jazzie) our server could not have been any better if she tried. She is the absolute best!! I hope management sees this she is such a gem. So attentive and sweet. Just an absolute pleasure to be around. The food was great as well but as always the service makes the meal when dining out. We will be back and request her as our server. Thank you for a wonderful time.
