This has to be absolutely the worst DD in the South Coast. Always getting orders wrong. Today I got two iced coffees both with less ice one was a low on coffee so I asked if I could get more coffee. There response was well you ordered less ice so the amount of coffee changes. Now both coffee were ordered with less iced but 1 was full the other was 3/4 full.

The absolute only reason this isn't a 1 star is that one of the girls at the counter was extremely nice and genuinely tried to solve the issue. The fact that the manager didn't even make an attempt to apologise for lying to us screams volumes about how this business is run. It is entirely representative of the ownership of this business and I am sorely disappointed. Congrats Dunkin on failing horribly.

Honestly haven't had a single good experience with this dunkin. don't care how far I have to drive out of the way to go to another location I still rather spend the money in gas than go here.

Drove through Dunkin and ordered 2 grilled cheese sandwiches. We opened the box and they are not grilled. The sourdough bread tasted stale, each piece of bread had cheese half melted on it. But the cheeses were not melted together and the sandwich fell apart. NEVER order again!

Dirty and unsanitary Dunkin Donut. Worked there for a couple months and saw filthy practices. People are wearing no gloves and grabbing donuts/muffins and smoking and not washing their Hands. Disgusting environment.
