Taco Bell

This Dartmouth location is very clean! The staff is well mannered, extremely friendly and patient!! The food taste very fresh. My daughter and I were absolutely impressed with the quality and customer service we received. If you are in the mood for a taco or even a chalupa like we were I highly recommend this location.

This location offers poor customer service, wrong order, and unprofessional managers is what to expect when visiting the Dartmouth, MA location. Tonight I ordered $47.00 worth of food for me and my kids. I asked the cashier is that everything? I further explained how the order was short last time and I didn’t want the same thing to happen. She assured me everything was in the bag. I got home and 1/2 the items were missing again. When calling the manager he didn’t understand how could I feed 2 kids and the other two didn’t have food. When eating at this location make sure to check your food order. My advice is to stop the employees from texting on their phones when working.

Ordered a cheesy Gordita meal, didn't even get the gordita. Then when I called to ask for my money back it took over 15 calls before they picked up and rudely stated over me multiple times "sorry can't do anything without a receipt" and then hung up. I've worked in customer service awhile and no better than to talk to someone that way on the phone. Having a bad day and this visit made it just that much worse. Thank you taco bell :)

My tacos were very poorly made, grease was puddling in the wrappers. The wrappers weren't even wrapped nevermind wrapped properly around the food, but then they were also put upside down in the bag so when we pulled them out a lot of the taco contents dumped out into the bag. This taco bell seems to be run by a bunch of kids that don't really wanna work or do their jobs! I won't be going back

This has to be the worse Taco Bell I've ever been to unprofessional staff told me that where I was parked is the drive thru line as you can see I was in marked lanes and was told to move I said I was waiting for my online order and had to wait at least 20 minutes for the order I won't be back at this location at all!!!

Usual decent quality for the Bell. No complaints about the food. Food is taking longer and longer at TB though. This place is no exception. 15 minutes wait easy, maybe 20. Good was totally fine once we got it, but I wouldn't really consider it fast food anymore. But then again, at least you know it's being made fresh, not sitting under a heat lamp somewhere for 20 minutes before stonework orders it.
