When in to this store and the crew was fenomenal Jeff, Nate, Juan and Jose was absolutely fenomenal, they solve the issue within minutes and now my bill is fix and cheap, wonderful atmosphere, friendly people highly recommended

They mess up my phone. After paying 1k for my phone that they know it not compatible with a network system they offer me "$150" is the best they can do.

Been dealing with this store forever, why I do not know I have very mixed feeling about this place some great people that work there. It just I always feel like they be trying to hustle u but the again that's sprint! All cell phones companies are the same it's like cable sometimes I feel like were just paying for the headache

Phenomenal customer service the person that was helping us was Jeff and he was able to resolve my billing issues after I went to the fairhaven store and they sent me to this location which was a lot more informative
