I ordered nachos with extra cheese layered, no olives and jalapeños on the side, a 10" pepperoni pizza, lightly done and a small order of wings for takeout. The wings were good...as for the rest, the pictures don't lie...very disappointing and cost me almost $60.00!!

I didn't have a positive experience today at Boston pizza. They were ants on the table, chairs and floors. I tried their new chicken sandwich and it was presented with seasonal vegetables, which mounted to a handful of broccoli. Just an overall disappointing experience at Boston pizza today.

Went in on a Friday night. It was very close to closing time, but we thought to get a quick bite(Power bowl) to go as it's a pain to have to have people there past closing. When we entered we were surprised on how busy it was still. Host/Manager at front was on the phone at the time so we waited. After conferring with another person she left the front and was wandering around. We waited and I thought maybe it would be faster as she appeared to be real busy, just to order through the app. After a few min had passed she was walking buy and decided to stop and said I'm going to be running around for a while, but I wanted to stop and tell you we are closed. I'm understanding as I've worked restaurants for years, but to tell a customer thats been waiting up front for more than just a couple of minutes that they are closed before closing time, isn't right. Why waste yours and my time after all that waiting. Tell me up front right when I get there. Hey I'm really sorry but it's been a super busy night and the kitchen is closed now so we won't be able to make anything up. I'm sorry about that." Cool makes sense, but just ignoring and hoping that people will leave on their own accord then just telling them, we are closed before closing time isn't good service. Sad.

Terrible place to do go. There was mice on the floor and the floor and seats were dirty. We just casually mentioned about that as a feedback. And the store manager, our server Miss Lauren M. Started vacuuming right away just beside our table and we had to ask her to not to do that while we are eating and then she just came with the check and asked us to pay and assumed that we were to leave. She just stand near our table waiting for us to pay and again we asked her to let us have our food. The food was real good but the behaviour was unacceptable especially from a store manager.

Did not have big expectations from BP as past experiences had been disappointing but this time it was really good. Our server Sarah H. had great knowledge of the menu and made suggestions accordingly. I ordered the Bourbon BBQ Chicken pizza and would definitely recommend trying their in house made sauce!

This review is for you Lauren. What a terrible experience you had made for us tonight. We saw a mice on the floor and mentioned about how the floor is dirty and chunks on seats. You replied us by saying is there anything else you have problem with. After that you brought the vacuum and starting cleaning the floor beside our table while we were eating. When we mentioned that can you do this after we leave. You said no ,this is what you wanted . After that you brought us the bill right away and said I'll wait here for the bill by standing next to your table. We asked for the manager and unfortunately you were the manager. This was really a terrible experience for us all and Lauren made every minute of it even worse.

We flew here from Edmonton. Got to hotel at 10pm. Starving, we ordered through Skip the Dishes. Fries came without ketchup, Bandara Pizza without sauce...we were very disappointed. We had no vehicle to pick up the condiments. I called them and was told we have to order ketchup. They couldn't answer to why there was no sauce with the Bandara Pizza. Poor quality control!
