Starbucks

My girlfriend and I dropped in to grab her free birthday drink today. The people who served us were awesome, one of them was new and training and killed it. They were super friendly! The only issue with this experience was how long it took to get our drinks, it was around 10 minutes which is a bit long for Starbucks, but alas. The store is also cramped and not the best for dining in, however it's definitely designed to be a drive through location. The drinks were great, and the cake pops too!

Extremely slow and drunk was tasteless. There were hardly any beans in the machine, definitely should of been refilled. There was zero communication with the customers as we all waited for our drinks until a one employee came onto her shift and finally started communicating with the customers, telling us that she was working on our drink and won’t be too much longer. This Starbucks need a lot of improvement when it comes to moving faster and communicating with their customers. I’ve worked at a Starbucks for over two years and it was a much busier store and never had to wait over 25mins for two drinks.

Picking up a mobile order from this location is painful. The staff seldom make eye contact with you or check in, so you basically have to call out to them to let them know you're there for an order. Or they'll be rude with you for waiting patiently and not telling them you're there for a mobile order.
