Ronnie's 2 For 1 Pizza

Ordered at Ronnie's last night because it's close to my house and we had not tried it yet. My wife is really particular (pregnant) about Garlic Fingers and Chicken wings, so that's what we ordered. We ordered online, and were quoted a 60 minute wait. I thought "Oh well, they must be pretty busy" We decided to wait, as we were interested in trying the place out. Ultimately it took an hour and a half from the time of our order, I don't know what the normal time frame for Ronnie's is, but that's crazy! When the food arrived, it was still warm. The Wings were excellent, places rarely seem to get "medium hot" correct. The Garlic fingers were also excellent, and other than the crazy delivery times we were satisfied. My Recommendation: Order WAY in advance.

Great pizza, good prices and really good donairs. If you call yourself a donair connoisseur- this place is a must try in HRM. Obviously if you’re a pro, you know to order well done, so do that. And enjoy. Easily top 5 in city, possibly Top 2. Pizza - has a thin crust option not advertised, so try the thin crust pepperoni pizza (pep on top of cheese of course) and get that well done too.. If you want to get really spicy, get yourself a garlic fingers to go along with that pepperoni pizza and donair, then use garlic fingers as tongs to pick up the donair meat. Real fat move, but c’mon. We’re talking about you ordering pizza and donairs in the first place. The photos are random muck sessions that were captured.. 😳

I love ordering from these guys. Convenient as hell online. Allowing me to select a delivery window, which is RARELY missed, and still arriving almost too bloody hot to eat (that's a good thing). It's become a Friday ritual. I'm starting to think the gang there might worry about me on the rare occasions I don't place an order. Oh yeah...almost forgot. It's @#$% delicious too.

We order pizza here almost every week since we moved here two years ago. It’s our favourite pizza place in the area: we’ve tried several other places locally, but various categories (meat quality, dough type, temperature, tomato sauce, cost, etc) affect our ranking - Ronnie’s outshines the local competition. We’ve had the donair egg rolls multiple times, and they’re fantastic. Countless pizzas and garlic fingers - they were all delicious, and arrive hot and fast. Perfect cooking every time. Tonight, we had our first donairs from Ronnies and they were awesome. Perfectly spiced, temperature was great, and it was super fast. The meat was juicy and overall they exceeded my expectations. Pictured below is the small child which arrived (this is a large donair). Also, shoutout to Antonio our favourite delivery guy, who is super kind.

I called to inform Ronnie's that the donair platter I had ordered had hairs in it in which I couldn't even finish. The guy I spoke to on the phone didn't really aknowledge my complaint or address the issue. He told me to deal with it through skip the dishes. I tried explaining that it's an issue with the food that was prepared itself but he didn't seem to understand. My goal was not to get a refund it was to have the issue addressed. Anyways I really like Ronnie's but I was not satisfied with the customer service. I don't think I will be ordering from them again as it was not handled properly & I felt the staff did not care about what I had to say.
