Tim Hortons

Went in the store today for my mobile order pickup. I was in shock!!! The woman in “charge” was so RUDE. She was yelling at me and the East Indians working because she said they didn’t have my order!!! The workers told me they did- so did my mobile app!!! I will contact the head office to make sure she is held accountable for her rude and malicious behaviour towards me and her subordinates!!! I asked one of the East Indians what her name was and they told me it was Tracey.

Thought I’d try a new “Artisanal” sandwich at Tim Hortons today. I’m a lover of Caprese salad & while I thought it was weird that it was a sandwich, I just had to try it. BIG mistake. it was served warm (weird) NO tomatoes on it at all (Caprese Salad IS tomatoes and Fresh mozzarella & Basil). The basil dressing is very good, but you’ve got to get the balsamic in there too! Staff here great! But when I ordered it took them a minute to figure out what I was ordering. Maybe some training when new & unusual products are launched! And I have never done a review for TH in my 50+ years, but this one deserves a review. Only gets 3 stars because of the great staff!
