Mcdonald's

This McDonald's is the best in Dartmouth. Very fast drive thru compared to Windmill rd Portland and main Street. Staff is so welcoming and polite in their communication. I have stuck so long in Portland mcdi, but I have never seen stacked up cars over here even in this busy street. I really appreciate the team who is working so hard.

I just went through the drivethrough and took my food home. Opened up bag to find the wrong food and no receipt. Called restaurant to inform them and the girl that answered interrogated me about when I was there, I gave her time, make and model of car. She then told me with an attitude I need to return the food and she'd give me a free burger. I told her I wasn't going to cross the bridge again and she told me I could bring the food back another time. I asked her is she was serious and she hung up in my ear. She now will not answer the phone or picks up and hangs up in my ear without saying anything. Most ridiculously unprofessional human employed anywhere. I was a regular customer. Never going back. This happened June 16th at 930pm if anyone there would care to investigate.

This restaurant is constantly dirty. If you plan on eating in I’d suggest any other McDonald’s. These pictures aren’t that bad, it’s usually 10 times worse, but these were all taken on the same visit. Tables are never cleaned, there’s old food scattered on the tables & floors. Sometimes you can find crayon markings all over the walls. Garbage is always over flowing & the condiment station is never filled. It’s not like there’re under staffed or they’re busy, there’s always at least somebody there but nobody seems to want to clean. The older staff seem pretty nice, & they’re the only ones I’ve ever seen clean. Younger staff seems to get mad, or just gives you a blank stare & walks away if you bring back food that was made incorrectly, which tends to happen a lot. If you don’t want something on your burger, you’ll probably get it anyways. Overall, terrible experience 99% of the time.
