Mcdonald's

I've gone to the main street location 4 times since summer drink days started and every time I've been told that the frappe machine was down. More often than not, the milkshake and ice cream machines are down as well. I also went in to eat and witnessed a man come into the restaurant and inform the manager that he was waiting for more than 20 minutes in the drive thru for his food to which he was asked BY THE MANAGER... "So what do you want me to do?" In a sarcastic and demeaning tone. He was eventually refunded his money and left with no food.

It's hard rating Mc Donald's given they are all the same and I can only speak from my on experiences, food came quick but failed to read all the instructions and still ended up with pickles on my burger. I understand you get used to making the same thing over and over but a little more attention to the specific requests would have allowed this establishment to stand over the rest

The staff are happy and cheerful! The guy that served use was helpful and he gave some helpful suggestions. And they served the food like expected. The burgers looked fresh n tasted good. Refill fountain pop is always good 😉. They kept the pastries clean of flies n cabinet is well kept. I'm impressed with my first visit here.
