Jessy's Pizza

We had a very good night with Jessy's pizza. Mild disappointment because I thought I would be able to finally have a gluten free pizza and it said they had run out. I asked if there were any gluten free options and was told no, but when I reminded the person about the salads they said yes. I got chicken ceaser salad but the chicken was a little weird, it almost tasted like deli chicken, it wasn't very fresh. The garlic fingers were great and the pizza was very good. I hope we can try the gluten free option soon.

I have been ordering pizza from Jessy’s for five years now,and have really enjoyed each and every one until a few weeks ago. I ordered the XL Jessy’s “The Works”,but what I got did not taste like what I ordered. The pizza looked like it was sprinkled with canned “Flakes of Ham” and tasted the same. It was not what I wanted,but it was edible,so I ate it and forgot about it until this past Saturday I felt like take out again,but I was not going to take a chance on the pizza,so I ordered 40 chicken wings. To make a long story shorter the wings were bland and hard,and did not taste like honey and garlic.this time the seagulls ate them.

Me and my partner are new to the city and are very loyal Jessy's fans (Thanks Bridgewater Jessy's). Every time we call (a lot lately, new years resolutions are over), they are always nice, and they always have food prepared when they say they will. Give or take a few minutes. Generally, the food is always really good to. Prices are more than reasonable. If I had to really dig to find something wrong (which I do), it's that the garlic fingers are 100% inconsistent. They are never made or cut the same, but they are still always pretty good. Definitely recommend. Out of the 20ish times we've ordered in the past few months, I've never had a bad experience.

Usually number one pizza place for my family. Main Street, great food and service. Consistent. Spryfield, also good, once in a while somethings aren't perfect Pleasant street, have ordered 5-6 times in last 3 months, something is either missing or not cooked properly .***** NEVER order a sub....ham was diced, bacon was raw, cheese was shredded....soggy bun. Worst sub I have ever had.

Ordered from here for pick up, I arrived and he didn't even start our food! Had them deliver the next time, gave us the wrong order then took more then 2 hours for delivery. Just ordered again, He offered for pick up or delivery. Thought it would be nice having it delivered! Tells me sorry there's no delivery until 4pm (WHY OFFER IT?) waited 30 MINS to pick up. The employee says let me check on that, just need to get dough. Told him I already ordered and he responded with "yeah I know sorry I just got distracted"

Zero stars! Just tried to order from there and the guy yelled at me when I asked the specials “I GOT LOTS OF SPECIALS. WHAT DO YOU WANT” and then again when I asked for Hawaiian pizza cause the special he didn’t tell me about only came with 3 toppings. So I told him I wasn’t looking to be screamed at by the person taking my pizza order and I’d call elsewhere, so he continued to yell at me as I hung up. Never again.

To be honest the pizza is not terrible, however I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service. As someone who personally works in a customer service environment I think it’s appalling that the women who answered the phone at 11 am whom might I add did not answer the phone 3 times prior to the 11am call would have the audacity to say she cannot diliver to my eastern passage home when my location is amongst the delivery location limitations. She expressed that they could not deliver to my home then I questioned why she could not when I had done that not long before at the exact same time. She then went on to say “oh then ya I guess we can” proceeded to tell me it would be an hour for a simple medium cheese pizza. An hour and a haft goes by I have gotten nothing, I ask my sister to call them to ask where our order would be and the same women picks up to say “yeah I spoke with my boss and we can’t deliver there before 4 now” it’s incredibly unprofessional to not only not give a call back to a customer when something like this happens and even more unprofessional for her to say I was being very “aggravated” to my sister, I would never be rude to someone in customer service if I were given clear answers and good service, needless to say I’ll stick to Shannon dough it’s better quality anyway:))
