Alexandra's Pizza

The DONAIR Pizza is one of their best pizza ever. It is a super delicious that should be tried. We ordered one and my family just loved it. The pizzas are loaded with toppings unlike other in town, plus they also included ample of donair sauce as well. I was very much impressed by their Excellent customer service. We will always order from them. Highly Recommend

Have been a loyal customer for awhile now and I love you guys usually....but the past few times we have ordered the food was either way overcooked or tasted old, definitly not as fresh and delicious as it used to be. Ordered a pizza and a poutine today and the pizza is dry and over cooked and the gravy was cold.

Update: the owner of the store contacted us and apologized for the poor service. We appricated the gesture to make it right to their customer. We will be giving Alexandra’s another try. Tried to order pizza and garlic fingers with donair egg rolls. After placing order Alexandra’s called back to ask what pop we wanted with the order and comfirmed the order. Then we waited over 40 min and got a call back from the shop and told they would not deliver to us and cancelled our order with no reasoning. We have ordered from here many times before with no issue. Extremely poor service and disregard for its customers. I Like to support local but what’s the point if they cannot provide service to the community it is within. I will be taking my business elsewhere to places like Sassy’s pizza or Annapole pizza and I recommend others do the same.
