Always exceptional service! They are always friendly. This is my all time favorite coffee place!

Each weekend we treat ourselves to coffee while going out. Each weekend they manage to screw up a order of 4 items. Each weekend I go back, they need to do better. I’m sure they cost the owner lots of monies.

Ordered 2 hot Lattes, completely messed up my order. they gave me cold Lattes. And even after asking, I waited for almost 5-7 minutes to have my right drinks.

I ordered an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. I was impressed by how quickly my order was ready. Went to take a bite out of my bagel, not only was it cold, it wasn't even toasted. Makes sense now why it was ready so quickly.

Most of the times they do not do any wraps after ordering a wrap I was handedwith only a chicken sandwich and it was a mobile order due to which a $3 sandwich costed more than $6. Most of the times they are out of donuts too due to which when going there the options are really low. Never ordering with them again and would go to some other tim hortons which would have atleast the basic wraps and donuts which are in the menu.

The girl taking my order got it wrong even after repeating it back to me. I had to ask at the window to make sure I got the right donut and paid the correct price.

I ordered a wrap and a coffee that wasn't tastes fresh and stirred. The wrap came in disposable bag as bagel, So that was little unconvenient.
Meanwhile staff was friendly but they did take extra time for food at the counter.
